Host accommodated us in a pinch, the place was clean, and the environment was peaceful
First, Matt the property manager is a great guy. This wonderful location is a nice central point to do all the tours. Wish we had brought the kids because there was tons of room for them. The apartment is incredibly well equipped. Location is perfect for nice strolls on S. Kihei rd and close to really nice beaches. Would highly recommend
The building was old but once inside the unit it was just perfect. Everything we need were available. The unit was very comfortable. We are all easy to please and once we saw the cleanliness of the place we were good. We weren’t looking for star rated accommodation considering the money that we paid for two weeks stay. Reasonably priced. We certainly will recommend the place. Thanks!
We like this area in Kihei and have stayed near here before. The unit had some nice touches but was under stocked in the kitchen and the sofabed is broken.
The worst part is that we had no water during the day for 3 of our days there. We informed them that this was happening and received no response. They had been made aware this would be happening over three weeks before we arrived and never told us about it. We found out from a note hung on our door when we got home one evening that for the remainder of our stay we could not shower, use the toilets, sinks, laundry or anything from 8am-4pm. This was a major headache and after 5 days from my sending them a message we have still heard nothing. I will never stay in any place using Vtrips as their management company.
Maui is beautiful with 100s of options for stays so we will find somewhere different from now on.
We ran out of paper towels. Otherwise everything was stocked for our needs.
We loved this place and will definitely stay here when we come again. Beautiful condo and wonderful location. Didnt have to drive anywhere to go to the beach, shop or eat.
Rental was not cleaned from previous renters when we arrived at 4pm. Contacted the rental company and they sent a housekeeper. When we pulled out the sofa sleeper it was sandy and completely broken. We were not able to get ahold of anyone that night(7pm) but housekeeper brought an airmattress the next afternoon. We were not compensated.
The apartment itself was as expected except the outlets and lights weren't all working and the sliding door to the lanai was rough and loud as were the neighboring apartments. It sounded like thunder.
The neighborhood is friendly& safe. We surfed, snorkled, and enjoyed the island from a great location.
We stayed for three nights. The condo is clean and comfortable located right across the street from a very nice beach.
It’s dated but who cares!! You’re in HI. We had all the Anne kites we needed. AC units in living room and bedrooms we needed and kept us cool enough. It gets hot in there in afternoons.

Had a great time with our stay in this property. The owner was really prompt in replying to me whenever I have some questions or needed confirmation on. We had exactly what we need in this unit during our stay. Good beds, AC is working good and two baths to accommodate us conveniently. Enough beach towels and chairs when going to the beach! On top of that it’s also near restaurants that’s just like a 10min walk from the unit. Truly amazing!
