When we got to the room, it was very apparent that the room wasn’t ready for us. The bedding was on the coach, wet towels on the floor in the bathroom, and food left in the refrigerator. Also, it was good that I was provided a code for the door since the office closes at 4:00 which is the check in time. No way to get help. I messaged the property manager and received a phone call with an alternative condo within 15 minutes.
There was no WiFi throughout our stay despite calls to property managers.
Pros: Good Location
Cons: No air conditioning, condo can only be accessed at check in time.. not one minute before, washer/dryer not inside condo and requires payment
Overall an amazing stay. There was a bit of an insect problem. We had alot of ants in the kitchen and with an infant crawling everywhere it wasn't ideal. Especially making sure she didnt get into the ant traps but we were mostly out of the house.
The condo is honestly in a perfect location and has alot to offer.
Simple, great access to ocean and pool. Plenty of shops nearby.
Unit was just as advertised. We enjoyed the location, pool and views!
We did to call to get the lock fixed. After some discussion they came out and the us was resolved.
Unfortunately we had to leave early due to wildfires.
Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay!

Easy to walk for food and to boardwalk.
Other than not having hot water the first couple days while we were there, it was awesome place for us to stay. Also not having A/C wasn't a big deal as there was enough of a breeze to help keep things cool.
We really liked our place the only issue we ran into was the bugs which we realize is a problem most ground floor places have in Hawaii. I recommend staying here.
I suppose I didn't read the amenities close enough, because I was surprised the unit didn't have air conditioning. I think there were seventy-some amenities listed, and I figured AC would've been among them. Oh well.
Great location and price. We found a few roaches during our stay, but that's more of a Hawai'i thing than due to the cleanliness of the condo. There is beach access, but it's tiny, treacherous, and incredibly rocky.
The main photo used to advertise the unit is essentially the entire thing. There's a small bedroom too.
A very nice place to stay. The one bedroom unit was a nice size and very comfortable. It has a good sized garden patio and ocean views too. We will be back!
Showed up and the place had not been cleaned after the previous tenants checked out. Dirty sheets, towels, dead cockroach, etc. Contacted the property manager immediately and he responded several hours later saying all he could do was send someone over with a clean set of sheets that we had to put on ourselves and the next day the cleaners came. Absolutely terrible service, communication, and cleanliness.
