Could use an interior update
Wonderful experience! Close proximity to lots of great food.. the cinnamon roll place and freds and the 808 deli weretop 3. The condo is great and very quiet even though we were here for the 4th of july! We spent a lot of time on lanais with the friendly chickens and lizards definetly will be back! In some reviews it mentions carpet but it has been replaced and now all floors are tile or laminante. The smoke alarm is very sensitive so be sure you turn on the fan. Loved having a oven that airfrys! Overall wonderfull experience already planning my next trip back.
My family and I loved this location and view. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. This condo had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. Communication was great with management. Things are outlined well via email.
Location was fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Beach right across the road, food and shopping within walking distance.
Great location!!! The condo had everything we needed and a great view of the Maui sunsets. We loved that we could easily walk to local restaurants and just cross the street to get to the beach.
The property and condominium is located just across the street from the beach with a parking spot just directly in front of the condo which is wonderful and convenient. There are chairs and a boogie boards and tennis rackets to use as well . The two bedrooms are upstairs and the master bedroom has a nice deck with a great view of the beach .
The condo was very comfortable. We did note the carpet upstairs needs to be replaced and we would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to experience Maui .
Excellent appliances, dark downstairs, upstairs very hot, they do have good air conditioning, but we didn't use it. I think this unit has the most limited supplies I have ever experienced, even down to the napkins, they must count everything. I would have given it a 4, but location across from beach and walking distance to restaurants gave it a 5.
You really can't beat this location, it is so perfect! Right across from one of the best beaches. Felt really lucky to have so much space as well - 2 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again.
Enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the waves, relaxing in the garden, and easy access to both pool and beach time at this spacious two story unit at Kihei Akahi.
This is a great gem of a property in Kihei. It’s one minute from the beach. Views are amazing. Easy in and out.
