We loved this house! It's secluded and private but VERY close to a BEAUTIFUL beach right in Kihei! We loved the huge deck and beautifully manicured yard. We also loved that it was steps away from a beautiful beach with good snorkeling and beautiful sunsets! And, the outdoor shower was most convenient! Jessica and Bryce, with the management company, were amazing to work with from the moment I first contacted them until the end of our stay!!! The house fit our family of 5 very comfortably and was well-stocked, from everything we needed in the kitchen to beach chairs and towels. If I were to offer one suggestion for a possible upgrade, it would be to replace the pullout couch with one that could accommodate 2 people (or even just one taller person) and that didn’t wake you up from creaking with every movement. We would definitely plan to stay here again the next time we go to Maui!

this place is amazing!!! The back yard is a shady plumeria paradise. the back porch has a view of the ocean. The house was clean and well cared for. I would love to stay here again!

But house has a smell and does not look clean
Only 3 sets of bath towels. All towels smelled because they absorb that from the house.
No wine glasses.
We LOVED our stay in this sincere property. It is a rare case where the home felt MORE spacious than the listing images.
Management was very responsive - replaced a bulb in hours.
Well stocked kitchen utensils.
But the real highlight is the short path from the backyard directly to the ocean. You have a view of the waves from the kitchen sink!
Only 4/5 is for location as the house is on a main road where folks like to drive with VERY loud music throughout the day and evening. It did NOT affect our sleep however.
Would stay again.

We stayed at this spacious beach house from June 17-23, 2024. We were so impressed with the home and location. The home was immaculate and spacious. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were modern and like new! Good air-conditioning. From the family room, we had full window views of the expansive lanai and backyard with full-grown plumeria trees. There were peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the kitchen, family room, and master bedroom. A small trail takes you directly to the beach, maybe 50 steps to reach the sand. The beach is at the top of "Kam 1"(Kamaole Beach Beach Park 1). You can easily walk along the 3 Kam beaches without walking on the main rode, which we did every morning! Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers were on site. This property is close to food trucks and the newly opened Cool Cat Cafe. (Delicious). It is a very short drive into Wailea from this Kihea location. The only thing that could have been better would have been newer family room couches. Couches have been well used and make noise when you sit and move positions. Otherwise, this property was "Top Notch"!I highly recommend this beautiful VRBO!

We love this house! It's secuded and private, but very close to the best beach and right in Kihei. We love that it has a huge deck and yard and we like the beach access right there. It has a good deal of space inside too for 2 couples or a family. It could use more comfortable chairs on the deck because we sat there a lot everyday. The deck is so comfortable, mostly shaded, and you can still hear and see the ocean. We've stayed here twice now and plan to book it again next year!

We traveled with a family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens). This was our 5th stay in Kihei. This location is one of the best areas in our opinion. Walking distance to beginners surfing, Charley Young beach (great sand/nearby lifeguard/quiet/snorkeling along the shore), and food in either direction including food trucks. The house is just off the beach (you can see the water through the trees/hear the waves) and just a few steps through the backyard path. Parking is covered and at the doorstep. King bed and 2 twins beds were comfortable. Beach chairs/umbrella/beach towels were provided. No boogie board/floats. We loved the outdoor covered deck with ample space for meals. TV inside was not in an ideal location in the corner of the room but did have cable (need directions on how to use the cable). We took our own Roku and used with free WiFi. WiFi signal was excellent. Kitchen was fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffee maker (bring your own coffee/pods). Ample paper products were provided. The air conditioning/mini splits were in each room but did not work during our stay, so would make sure it is functioning since the bedrooms get very warm in the afternoon. We were appropriately compensated for our troubles. The rental company was quick to address our needs and had good communication. The grounds/yard were well kept (weekly service). I would recommend this home over the other large condo buildings nearby.

What an amazing location! Bring your own pillow, mattress and air conditioner though! I would've been better off sleeping on the beach with a rock for a pillow than with the mattress and bedding provided! The a/c did not work on any of the 4 units in the house either so the afternoons were rough. Overall amazing property and location but the accommodations have a lot of room for improvement

We have stayed at a number of places in Kihei (four so far) and this was our favorite! Having a house with a large living area, deck, back yard and direct beach access was fantastic. It really facilitated our family time together! It had two reasonably sized bedrooms, a large laundry room, a nicely appointed kitchen, two bathrooms and a nice carport. We were on the beach a lot with the direct access making it easy to carry equipment down and set up on the beach. The unit has umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, and a couple of coolers. We used most of them and were thankful for the convenience. While you can see the beach from the house and deck, there are a lot of beautiful trees and plants, so the views are small, but walk a minute or two and you are on the beach. The house was clean and everything worked! There are great restaurants and shops within walking distance. You'll be happy here if you're looking for a house wtih direct beach access.
Great location, access to beach was awesome. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned, did not clean dishes.
Overall great property. Outside deck was awesome!
