Overall good facility. Night outside lighting is poor.
The condo is small but adequate for two people. We had a few issues upon arrival. An unclean bathroom, a cracked toilet tank, a broken shelf/ bin in refrigerator, ice maker not working and no ice cube trays. Property management addressed our concerns the next day. The doorways into both bathrooms are narrow, not your standard size. The bathrooms could also benefit from a refresh. They are however functional and are as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen has a good supply of dishes, basic cookware and basic utensils. The BBQ area is a very short walk from the lanai. Unfortunately we could not locate BBQ utensils in the condo or at the BBQ area. The furniture throughout the condo has been changed. It is no longer the island decor as was described in the VRBO listing or shown in the listing photos. The furniture however is very nice and comfortable. The only exception is the mattress on the bed. It is too soft with multiple “hills and valleys” from wear. The condo grounds are very well kept and manicured. It was nice to have assigned parking a short distance from the condo.
Great location, short walk to beach, very clean
Firs time for may husband and 2nd time for me. We had the best time here in Maui and this condo was great it had everything we needed from dishes to washer and dryer. We will definitely come rent here again.

We really enjoyed our stay this February. Condo was very quick walk to the beach, everything was as expected. I loved the ground floor room. Living room spacious. We had to get a crib and the bedroom was squishy with a crib in it but if there hadn’t been a crib there would have been lots of room. Also there was a king size bed which was nice.

Well kept. Clean. Bottom floor with walkout back to grass. Well equiped kitchen. Wouldn't allow 1 minute early or 1 minute late check-in or out.
We had a wonderful time in Maui. The condo was is a great location, close to everything; the beach, the turtles, shopping and food.
It was a very nice place to stay nice and clean just when I called to extend no one ever got back to me
