The place was ideally located in north kaanapali just across the street from the beach. Place was fine - clean and many amenities. The host was EXTREMELY responsive and immediately responded to all of our requests. Lovely stay for 5 of us.
Our stay was great. Kitchen drawers/cabinets were labeled so that everything was easy to find. They also provided more than enough towels and beach items (wagon, ice chest, umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards).
There were 3 couples in our group and this was our first vacation together. We loved having a kitchen to do meals together and we used the grill almost everyday. We could walk or drive to a beach and we snorkeled. We loved having a pool to gather at as well.
The property was clean and perfectly placed. We had just enough room and the beds were quite comfy. We were only minutes from beaches, golf courses, shopping and grocery stores. This was exactly what we were looking for and the price was a great value.
The house is in a small resort community with nice grounds and access to a couple of pools. The location is very convenient for that area on the island with easy access to the beach, stores and food in the area. The access to the rest of the island is also easy (i.e. about 40 minutes back to the airport).
The house is older but is clean and has updates where it counts (nice bathrooms, tile floors, good beds, good kitchen); it met our needs perfectly. 3 different exterior sitting areas was nice and we rarely heard or saw other people. Parking is only a few steps away. Each room had its own AC and easily kept the place cool.
Communication was excellent.
Overall extremely happy with our stay. It's not a super fancy place that you'd take photos off to impress your friends but we didn't want that. It was perfect for a home base to come back to after roaming the island for the day, go for a swim and watch the sunset from the pool area.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay recently!! We had us, our adult son and his girlfriend, and our 2 other young adult sons. Beds were perfect set up and comfortable. Location is literally across the street from one of the best beaches and short walk to kaanapali beach. The kitchen is well stocked (bring your own Tupperware) including a blender, tons of pots and pans, a wok, baking items, and spices. There are tons of towels both bath towels and beach towels. Tons of paper towels and toilet tissue as well as plastic wrap and tin foil. Lots of beach items and a small cooler. We had one issue with WiFi totally out of Luanne’s control and he was so nice and brought us a big box of Hawaiian chocolates. Would stay again in the future! Loved our trip to Maui!
Me and 4 friends stayed here for 6 nights for a wedding. The 4 beds we’re comfortable, the unit was clean and organized. Lots of towels, hair dryers, toothpaste all provided. Kitchen decently stocked. We found a small coffeemaker and also a larger one but the cradle was broken—so I messaged Luan and he took care of it in addition to bringing us more coffee. Well equipped for a beach day with towels, chairs, and snorkel gear. Easy drive to town for groceries and dinners out.

We lived the house. 3 rooms, patios, great kitchen. Highly recommend this place for a family or group of friends. Across the street from restaurants and bars and a beach.
I travel a lot and have increasing mobility issues. I have since included this challenge for property owners: install grab bars in one bathroom. It’s cheap, easy and makes life incredibly easier for our aging society. You can then list grab bars as a feature and watch your bookings surge!
Location was fantastic and house was well stocked. Comfortable beds too! Luan was great with communication and we very much enjoyed our stay.
Very clean. Good mattresses! Well stocked kitchen. Wonderful neighborhood pool. Very short walk to the beach. Vintage Hawaii feel.
