Loved the proximity to the pool and sauna. Minimal stairs to the room (was important for this trip). Room was very clean and as advertised!
We already are talking about coming back. Having the condo right next to the pool and ocean are amazing, with the provided beach towels and chairs. Finding the right complex was a little tricky at first but we forgot all about it once we checked in!
Loved this site for our trip. Easy access to the beach, family friendly and outstanding accommodations.

Loved the condo, great location, wonderful facility. Would definitely return.
The place was clean and nice. Good location. We were under the impression it was a house of it's own, rather than in an apartment complex. But it was very nice and clean. Easy check in and check out. Wifi information in the apartment was incorrect on their info page in the kitchen. It was emailed to me upon arrival. Overall very happy with our stay.
This is an excellent Kihei property. The condo complex was quiet and nice with a wonderful pool and hot tub. Good location too near the shops and good beaches. The unit was fantastic. Very spacious and very clean. The one downside was that the fancy cordless blinds covering the lanai door needed a fix from an outside vendor and it couldn’t be done during our stay. Property management was very responsive. And three new AC units ran very nicely on hot days. Mahalo for your hospitality!
The only positive I have: the place was clean and they provided enough towels. BUT BEWARE (especially for those coming from the mainland in the summer) - THE HOUSE DOESN’T HAVE AN A/C SO BE READY TO SLEEP IN 80+ DEGREES OF HEAT INDOORS! This is a very important aspect of the home which was omitted in the description. We were even misled to think there was an AC when the checkin instructions told us to turn of the A/C before going out. We were so miserable as our 18 month old was restless and my heavily pregnant sister was in distress.
To make things WORSE, if you have an emergency after “working hours”, you are pretty much on your own. We were out all day and came back home but couldn’t get in as our code stopped working. We spent 3 good hours with mosquitoes and the heat outside trying to reach someone, countless times! Nobody was available to help us. Keep in mind we had an infant and pregnant woman. When someone finally came to reset the code, she didn’t apologize! We were told that the manager will call us the next morning. But nobody called until 3 pm ish after I sent them an email again. We got an apology and were finally compensated for the day (second star), which was good at least. Overall, the communication was extremely poor and one thing that was consistent with every single person I spoke to was that they kept cutting me off before I finished a sentence. This is an example of how lack of communication can ruin an entire experience (and surprise engagement)!
