For starters the house does not come with AC. It says that in the listing, BUT you are told you can call the night manager, for nightly fee they would turn it on. We were told by her absolutely not. Even after she knew we had a pregnant woman in the humid and very hot house. That she would not be going out at 7:30pm to help us turn it on. And to deal with the heat for the night, someone could do it in the morning.
The house is remodeled in the kitchen and bathrooms but don’t let that fool you that the bedrooms are clean. The carpet was filthy and has stains, that could easily be cleaned but very clearly haven’t been. Our socks were black from walking around. The curtains are full of stains they make you not want to touch them at all. As well as the pillow shams on the bed. We had to wash the bedding before sleeping in it.
There are two MASSIVE leaks in the ceiling in the master bedroom. If you luck out and don’t have a rainy days you’ll be fine, otherwise be prepared for sopping carpet and listening to constant heavy water drips.
Overall the place was disgusting and I would never recommend this house to my enemy to stay. A small remodel would go along ways in this house. And a better management team.
Really nice place to stay. Manager entered our unit unannounced due to a possible leak downstairs. She apologized and explained the situation but it still was a bit off-putting. But that issue would not effect us staying here again.
This property is near our favorite area to vacation in. The property is nice and fairly well maintained. The master bedroom had a significant leak in the ceiling and the hall bath Faucet leaked from the stem. As soon as I informed mgt. they seemed to get right on it. The unit is nice.
We enjoyed our rental unit. It was very spacious with a great view.

The condo has spectacular view, close to the ocean, stores and restaurants. It was very clean as well. Our complaint was there were no shampoos/conditioners provided and very limited basic supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, etc. Overall, we enjoyed and love the place.
Overall, it was a great stay. I was surprised at checkout that I had to pay for the air conditioning, which was needed.
