This condo was in a great location in Maui! Easy to get to and lots of great things to do close by. The condo itself could use an upgrade and a deep cleaning. The kids loved the pool and we all loved walking the beach finding treasures.
Loved the resort, pool, hot tub, sun tanning area and BBQ area were great. Condo is somewhat dated. Carpet in living room was very stained, countertops in kitchen were clean but old, appliances worked great. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom fan very noisy, we could hear the neighbour's fan all night (obviously they left theirs on overnight). We would stay there again, but carpet really needs replacing. We had to wear sandals inside as husband's socks were no longer white after walking around, bare feet got quite dirty.
I had a great stay. Ive stayed in the unit before and enjoy the location. I would however recommend replacing the living room carpet. It is really filthy and stained. Thanks again.

At the far north end of Kihei, so quiet! Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for easy access. Great pool and amenities. Condo was well stocked with everything we could need. Would definitely come back!
Overall stay was great! We really enjoyed this property. Only downside was the bugs that came out in the evening and swarmed the area and were drawn to lights inside. Even a brief opening of a door drew in so many bugs into the unit. I he bugs didn’t bite or anything but kids didn’t like to see them swarming the lights and ceiling. This isn’t the properties fault as they were all along the beach too. But would have helped to have some kind of bug spray to deal with them:)
Overall this unit was perfect. Beds were comfortable and included everything we needed for a wonderful vacation!
We loved our stay and especially loved sitting outside enjoying the view. We’d definitely book again.
Property was kept clean by grounds crew. The view was very nice. The beach was beautiful. The building itself is way overdue for paint in the halls. Very poor lighting in halls and entryway. The unit itself was in need of an update. They also say " air conditioned ", but it was locked at 73 degrees minimum. Nowhere is that expressed in listing. I prefer colder when I'm sleeping. So was uncomfortable. I'll seek out a different property for our next trip.
We had the best time at Sugar Beach. The condo had all the beach equipment we needed. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of lines. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location and enjoyed my time! I had no complaints but could use a few plastic container/bowl but otherwise perfect stay!
