Sugar beach resort is on over three acres of oceanfront real-estate in the middle of a long sandy beach on Maui's south shore. It has all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay and its central island location makes it easy to experience all that Maui has to offer. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a large oceanfront pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gas BBQ's at the waters edge. Also on the property are Maui sights and treasures activities center, a restaurant with pub, licensed massage at massage Maui, and a large gift shop. This second floor unit is in the first stack of units and there is no wall blocking the view. Full ocean view in all directions from your lanai. Condo comes with a comfortable king mattress, 40" flat screen tv and blu-ray DVD player, free WIFI, central ac, washer and dryer, free parking, no resort fees, and a fully stocked kitchen and new linens. I can't give this place enough stars! We loved everything about this place! The condo itself was so beautiful and the view was out of this world! It had everything to make our stay so comfortable!! The location was perfect to explore everywhere! We will definitely be back!

The condo was well equipped and in a great location. Comfortable bed and furniture. We spent most of our time on the go but came each evening to watch magical sunsets. An ABC store, farmers market and shave ice are a .4 mile walk up the beach. Perfect for two adults.

We have stayed at multiple condos at Sugar Beach and this is our favorite. Living room has furniture you actually want to use. Bed was comfortable, pillows ok, kitchen was awesome, and 2nd floor location is perfect for accessing beach and especially the grills.

This is our 6th time to Maui and our 3rd time staying at the Sugar Beach Resort. This is by far our favorite unit we have rented. Condo is fully stocked and comfortable. Will definitely be renting again .

The perfect start to our Maui anniversary trip. Owners communicated readily and answered all questions promptly. The beach is fanatastic and the views from the lanai were excellent from sunrise to sunset. Convenient location for exploring the area as well

Our time at Rich & Suzanne’s place at Sugar Beach was heavenly. Centrally located, a gorgeous sandy beach, great restaurants, local trails and all that we needed. The suite was clean and well stocked. Communication with our hosts was easy, positive and uncomplicated. The king sized bed was soft and comfy. The complex’s grills were fab and there was a local convenience store within walking distance for those little emergency needs. We even had our own natural alarm clocks of the wild jungle fowl who seemed to delight in waking us up early and urge us on with our day. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to come back soon and do it all again.

Easy to get to anywhere on the island. Property backs up to the beach and has an excellent view of neighboring islands. The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil one might need. Washer and dryer in unit was helpful as well.

Central location to do anything and everything on Maui. My wife and I loved sitting on the lanai 25 yards from the water and having breakfast and drinks at night and just watch the water. Clean and exactly as described.

We rented this condo at the end of May 2024 for 8 days. Can't say enough great things about Sugar Beach resort. The property was always clean, and the staff maintain the grounds and pool area every day so that you will have a nice stay! The condo was awesome and is in a perfect spot facing the ocean. We had a wonderful anniversary and Rich was the best host to work with on all aspects.

Totally relaxed and was mesmerized by the view and sound of the ocean from this condo. We eat in almost every meal. Kitchen was adequately furnished. Folks at the barbecue were friendly and generous. Fun conversations! Fun time. Can’t wait to return.

The property's location is excellent—literally steps from the beach. The views of the Maui sunsets could not be any better. The unit is super clean and comfortable with plenty of towels, chairs, and outdoor use items like beach chairs and blankets. The Sugar Beach pool is a perfect size with plenty of lounging area. A short walk down the beach brings you to the Sugar Beach Bakery - yum! Generally, you need to drive to get to restaurants but there are plenty near by to choose from. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
