A small, modestly-furnished apartment with fantastic views and a great location. It's definitely the best unit in the complex for the views and cross breezes! We rarely turned on the ac in the living room because the breezes kept things cool. The kitchen is nicely appointed with everything you need to cook your meals, except bring your own spices — they don't even supply salt and pepper. There is a safe in the room with instructions on how to use it, but on further inquiry we found out it's only for the owner's use. Why not allow guests to use it? The owners have a large locked cabinet above the fridge to put their things. We found out that this is the only unit at Napili Surf that is managed by Maui Paradise Properties. The rest of the units are managed by a large management company and their check-in and out times are aligned with the hotels on Maui, at 3 pm and 11 am. This is the only unit that has a 4 pm and 10 am check-in/out. If Maui Paradise Properties changed this to match what the rest of what the Napili Surf resort is doing, we would stay here again. If not, we'll look elsewhere. 4 pm is a long time to wait if your flight gets in at 11 am! We enjoyed the two half-off tours that we did compliments of Maui Paradise properties. Overall, it was a great stay!
Our family of 3 had a perfect one week stay. The property was lovely, the condo well equipped and the views incredible. We would love to return.

The unit was exactly as the pictures showed and everything was as described. Years ago we lived just up the hill from Napili Bay, so we knew where we wanted to stay and are very happy with the experience. We will be back!
The location of this unit cannot be beat - it is right on the bay with steps to the sand. You can hear the waves at night and the breeze through the unit is lovely. The unit is well-equipped with everything you need to create wonderful meals to eat on one of the THREE lanais! There are two air conditioners that work well, but you don't always need them. The space could use a good and thorough cleaning - it wasn't dirty, but there are stains on the carpet that were a little much, the couches were a little musty and the shades could use a good dusting. Overall, we would highly recommend though - it's a lovely location. Would suggest an hour earlier check in - at 3 pm and an hour later check out at 11 am. More aligned with hotel stays.
We've been coming to Napili Surf for years. The ambience and accessibility to the beach are perfect. The staff at Napili Surf works very hard to keep the property in excellent condition. We also appreciated the spotlessly clean 2nd floor unit.
Nice location, on Napili Bay, easy walk along bay and through Napili Kai Resort to Kapalua Bay and coastal trail. Condo was just the right size for 2.
Beautiful location and excellent vacation!
We loved our stay here so much. The view is incredible - blue water and palms from every window! The apartment is a really nice size. There was plenty of room for our toddler to roam and play and the bedroom was comfortable. Also everything was clean and felt so well taken care of! Really the only small thing that could improve the place would be a few more hooks to hang towels and suits - we went to the beach to swim several times each day since it was nearly right outside the door. We can't wait to come stay again! :)
It just doesn't get any better: beautiful unit, very well appointed and clean, with amazing panoramic views and the sounds of the waves to fall asleep to. Wonderful property and pool, steps to one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island. Great food and drink within easy walking distance (including right next door!) Super safe property and area. Snag this!

This has been one of our favorite stays and we plan on returning! The condo is spacious and comfortable and the views are perfection. Great Location and access to delicious restaurants and markets made everything so easy. We spent our last two days in Maui here, which was a perfect way to end our trip! Don’t hesitate to book this property.
Condo was wonderful, and more spacious than it seemed in the listing. We could walk right down to the sand, less than 50 yards away. The condo had chairs, snorkels, a boogie board, plenty of towels, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The location couldn’t have been better - walking distance to a few restaurants, grocery store super close. Three balconies so we enjoyed lots of bird watching and sunsets. The staff of the complex were also extremely nice and friendly, even served home cooked breakfast one morning. We will be back!

3 balconies looking out over the beach, the pool and across to Moloka'i! Nice condo in small complex. Windows & doors on 3 sides allowed a great breeze so never used the living room AC. We did close the bedroom door at night and used its AC. There is a nice grocery store, several restaurants, and shops nearby. You can walk on the road or drive around the corner to snorkel & swim at Kapalua Beach which was easier to get in & out of and had more fish. There is a public parking lot there and at the tennis courts across the street. We loved the drive and incredible viewing areas along the north shore from Kapalua east. We also think the drive up to the summit of Haleakala is more than worth it. If you haven’t been to the crater it is a must-see. Go early so have time to hike at least some of Silver Sands trail and Hosmer Grove trail which has l'iwi and other birds! It is windy and cold at summit so wear long pants, closed toe hiking shoes and bring a heavy sweater or jacket. We were in clouds until about 8 or 9,000 feet then was totally clear so don’t turn around due to weather. Crater is the most amazing thing you will ever see! Road to Hana had some truly beautiful spots-- must stops are the Ke’anae Peninsula, which is incredibly beautiful. Definitly buy Aunty Sandy’s banana bread & the macadamian nut brittle at another stand- both the best I ever had. The next must stop is Wai’anapanapa Black Sand Beach. You must make resevations ahead of time-- no same day reservations!

Best unit in Napili Surf! We’ll be back! Napili Bay is beautiful, peaceful, and low key. Kapalua Bay is an easy walk with your snorkel and fins in hand.
Beautiful condo with floor to ceiling windows in every room! Magnificent views of the beach & ocean! This is a popular beach & area for families. We ordered take-out breakfast every morning at The Gazebo restaurant…fabulous!! Sea House happy hour was perfect!
