The location of the unit was ideal for the Kam 3 beach. Also appreciated all of the beach supplies in the closet. Thank you.
We had a great stay at this Maui Beach front condo! Plenty of room for our family of 5 with all the necessities to enjoy the beach, which is just across the street! We saw the most beautiful sunsets! Host was super responsive and extremely helpful! We will def recommend this place to friends and family!
Anthony the property manager was excellent from start finish. The unit was great with lots of extra’s and you can’t beat the location. Pools pickleball courts and a number of pools so there is lots of activities and your right across from the beach. Wailea is a 30 minute walk away which is great for early mornings. All and all I would highly Recommend this property.
It was great I would use again. Would have preferred location of condo to be able to see the ocean straight on and more of the ocean than we could see though.
The property is very nice and well maintained. Our condo was very clean and updated. They have lots of sitting room with a nice smart TV and another nice TV in the upstairs bedroom. Both bedrooms have nice beds. Plenty of bath and beach towels.We spent a lot of time at the beach right across the road from the condo. It's a very easy walk and has a very nice beach. We highly recommend purchasing new beach chairs. There are a lot of them in the storage room, but only one had all the strap to use as a backpack, which make it great walking to the beach with all your stuff. A new small cooler would be another thing to add. The one there, the zippers are broke. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was as advertised! The location was amazing. A two minute walk to the beach. The property had everything needed for our stay, including beach gear.
This property was perfect for our small family. Easy beach access, quiet, and easy to feel at home there. Support from the host was exceptional.
Pros: Excellent communication with the host.Location is right across the street from the ocean for swimming, beach walks, and sunsets. 15 minute walk from several shops and restaurants.Couches were very comfortable. Good internet service.Large TV with a few streaming platforms so you can log into your accounts.Balcony is great with views of the ocean.ACs worked good.Plenty of beach toys.Cons:Was not very clean....Upstairs bed made loud squeaking noises.Same bedroom, floor creaked loud so it disturbed our family members in the bedroom directly underneath.Old building. Bedroom windows could not close tight enough to keep out the outdoors noise.The cabinets and drawers in the bathrooms were so full of extra towels, there was no room for our things.Keep in mind, this unit is on the second floor and there is not an elevator.Sorry to leave negative remarks, but I need to be honest.
Out family of four along with my parents had a wonderful Spring break week in Maui.
The hist extremely thoughtful, the location was perfect and the condo itself was quite spacious and had all the kitchen equipment we needed to be self sufficient.
Condo was clean and spacious for our family of 4 and fully equipped. The location was great, close to beach access (just a walk across the street) with great snorkeling spots, walking distance to shops and eateries. Sunset view every night of our stay. Plus, turtle sighting everyday on the beach. Highly recommend and would book again.

This condo was exactly as describe. It was well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. The property is gorgeous, the condo is spacious and the location is perfect just steps from the beach. Anthony was very responsive both before we arrived and during our stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 You will not be disappointed!
It was difficult to get the unit access information after 9pm. There was no information provided in email although the booking agency Expedia said so.
