WE LOVED OUR 10 DAY STAY. WONDERFUL CONDO DEVELOPMENT. GREAT LOCATION, POOL AND BEACH.
My family stayed here for a week and the condo was great. Was a little concerned about the lack of air conditioning but it was not needed, even in August. Left the windows open and the Hawaiin breeze was more than enough to stay cool. The location was great and the beachfront was never crowded. We'd definitely stay here again.
Hawaiian music was playing when we arrived!! This property was more than I had hoped for. My two main requests were ocean view and beach front and these requests were answered beautifully with this property. Two ocean views, steps to the beach, lots of space, full kitchen, washer, dryer, two bathrooms, even had a couple of inner tubes for the ocean, swimming pool (which we did not use because we were in the ocean) and two hot tubs. A little out of the way for nice restaurants and shopping. But, other than that, I would definitely stay here again. Mahalo
Outdated. Several maintenance issues. No AC! No privacy as you had to have windows open the entire time. The manager was horrible to work with. First night I had to go to a hotel as the calendar wasn’t right on Vrbo. Too many kids in hot tub and pool. YUCK!! Lights were out. Overpriced! It is a large unit but hot. No way to cool off even during many nights with all windows and fans on. Carpet in the bathroom area near sinks dingy. The view was great but this place is outdated and you can find much nicer places to stay. Expect an hour plus drive from airport due to traffic. I like the Wailea areas better. Put reservations in to eat out everywhere well in advance. If you don’t have your COVID shots you have to get tested and be negative results every 2 days. I love Maui but won’t stay here ever again!
This condo in Sands of Kahana lived so comfortably for the 4 of us. Great floor plan, beautiful decor, comfortable beds and furniture. And the VIEW!!! The beach , pools and hot tubs were great. We use the common grills on the property and they were cleaned each morning cleaner than when my husband says we bought ours. This property is so close to everything in NW Maui. We would definitely stay here again. Birthdays ✅ activities ✅ relaxation ✅ Aloha
We had a great time at Sands Kahana. Amazing views from the balcony, great pool and hot tub with the bar restaurant right there. Pool chairs on the beach, and we could also watch the kids play in the ocean from our balcony. Watched the sunset every night. Enjiyed Maui Brewing Co nearby, and relatively short drive to lahaina activities. Would definitely stay again!
