Because everything is brand new as of Sept 2018, you'll be on of the first to enjoy 1000 thread count sheets, central air conditioning, fast wifi, new linens, custom furniture and a large pool with "lounging shelf" perfect for sun bathing and safe for kids to enjoy shallow waters.
Exit the gate and walk just 40 steps to Maui's best sandy beach which is bay protected. Rarely is there a day that turtle sightings don't take place. This beach was voted the #2 best beach in Hawaii!

The house was perfect for our family of eight (including a two year old). Everyone loved the pool, privacy and beautifully landscaped grounds. Being literally three minutes from the beach was such a plus. We walked down every morning and evening for the sunrises/sunsets. I highly recommend this property ! It made our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed Maui!

This house was perfect for our family and the swimming pool was so nice for our little ones! The beds were extremely comfortable!! Highly recommend this home for families with small children. The home is beautiful!!

This has everything you can think of that’d you’d need! Very well stocked kitchen accessories! Very clean and very comfortable beds! Highly recommend this place!!! Very close walk to beach in a cute town! Can’t say enough good about it!!

Had a great time with family. 10 of us stayed at the house and had more than enough room. Pool was wonderful. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Hope to return again!

Our family of 10 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maui! The house was beautifiul done and had everything we needed. We loved hanging out at the pool and exploring all the nearby beaches and restaurants. Would definitely come back!!

This house was the perfect spot for our Maui Family Vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 years to 12 years) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and the fenced yard provided a private oasis for sitting outside on the lanai.
To accommodate all the kids one grandchild slept on a mattress on the floor in the bunk room, but they loved being all together on one room.
Napili beach was just a three-minute walk from the house and great for sitting on the sand, snorkeling, and low-wave splashing for the kids. And we all walked down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset.
Several other great beaches were just a short drive away when we wanted bigger waves for boogie boarding and other snorkeling spots.
The property managers were great. They checked in via text to get our arrival time and someone met us at the house to welcome us and give us a tour of the home's amenities. Then they sent a couple texts during our stay to check-in and make sure our vacation was going smoothly.
I would give this property 5 stars in every category (5+ for the location) and will definitely consider staying here again if we plan another Maui vacation.

Location was perfect. House was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Only downside was a noisy pool pump that came on at 5:00am and didn't shut off until 7:00pm. For the person sleeping in the bedroom on the east side of house the pool pump coming on acted as an alarm clock at 5am.

House was absolutely as promised! Clean, beautifully maintained and it had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be full length mirrors in all of bedrooms. We will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely amazing. Once you open the gate, you get to see your own private oasis. A large enough pool to splash and swim in. The landscape is immaculate and well kept.
Continue pass the pool and you will get to enter the house through very large sliding glass doors. The living room and kitchen is very open and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware so that you can enjoy home cooked meals. There is even a grill that we used to fire up some steaks.
The place is very clean and super modern with tons of natural wood elements. The bedrooms were also very well kept and well furnished. Plenty of space to place your belongings in and be at home. The beds were very comfortable. Had the best sleep there while on vacation.
Bathrooms were well lit. I wish there was a better mat to keep the floor dry. Also wish for more hooks to hang up towels to dry and for clothes to dry as well.
The place is close to the beach. I didn't count the steps to verify, but loved the fact that I didn't have to fight for parking to get to a beach. Really awesome feeling to just walk down to the beach with the supplied beach chairs, enjoy snorkeling in the Napili Bay, come back to the house rinse off without a lot of fuss.
Overall, the family really enjoyed the house and the pool. It was a big enough place for 7 adults and 2 kids to stretch out and just relax. Thank you for letting us stay there!

The home is absolutely beautiful in a great location. It is a very short walk from the beach and a few delicious restaurants. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a pull-out bed in the living room. Note that if you are planning to have people sleep on the sofa-bed, there are no curtains for the large sliding glass doors so there is little privacy at night in the common area. There are plenty of dishes for use in the kitchen. The pool is wonderful but does cost $100 per day to heat. We chose not to and the water temperature was comfortable (early March). The washer and dryer are a great touch! The hosts were very friendly and responsive.
We did have a few hiccups during our stay. The first was that the dishwasher was broken upon our arrival and leaked water all over the floor so we weren’t able to use it. No biggie. There were also some issues with the gate and we had to have someone jump the fence so we could get onto the property. Also not a big deal. However, we did struggle with cockroaches during our week stay. We left for the evening without wiping up crumbs from lunch one day and returned to a swarm of cockroaches on the island in the kitchen. We saw them frequently in the kitchen and it was enough to make us a bit uncomfortable. Make sure not to leave any food on the counters. The hosts did send someone to spray for the roaches a few days later and we did still notice a few stragglers after that and checked out the next day. If not for the roaches, this would be a 5 star review.
