Location Location Location is just a few minutes walk to the beach and shopping. Complex is well run and beautiful. I had one minor issue with my unit and my host Karen sorted it out immediately. Over all fantastic stay loved it when the trade winds flowed thru the unit. Probably the best stocked kitchen ever and can't wait to return.
Love the location of this condo. The unit was exactly as described and pictures were on point. Easy and friendly communication with the owner. Had a wonderful time on island as per usual.
A top notch place to stay in Maui. First, it's a ground floor unit so no lugging luggage, etc. up and down stairs. Second, it's a very quiet complex, so it was very relaxing at at all times. Third, Karen has it stocked like Fort Knox - we have never stayed in a VRBO so well stocked for EVERYTHING - lines, kitchen, beach items and it made it sooo easy for our stay. We had everything that we needed for the beach and you could walk across the street in 2 minutes and be at a top-notch beach w/out any hassles as a result. And sooo many restaurants were w/in walking distance - Moose McGillicuddy's was right around the corner, Kehei cafe just up the street. Do what we did and get an outside table at Fred's Mexican food right next door just before sunset and grab a margarita during happy hour and sit and watch the sunset. It was a perfect way to end our days there. It was a very special trip to us and Karen's place was just the icing on the cake.
Karen has a wonderful unit that is a minute from the beach. Plenty of shops and activities to do within walking distance. The condo was exactly as described and a wonderful place to stay. It was very cozy and it had plenty of amenities and everything we needed for our vacation. When I return to Maui, I'll be reaching out to Karen to see if I can stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, right across the street from the beach. several restaraunts and market within walking distance. We would definitely go back.
The condo is well maintained and the location is perfect. Its waling distance to the beach. Anything you will need for a beach day is available to you (chairs, umbrella, cooler)

Upon Arrival the condo was extremely clean!! There were many chairs available in the closet and an umbrella for the beach. We had a really wonderful time!
Kihei Kai Nani is in a great location, across the street from the beach, with a nice pool. We love Kihei and all the beaches near there and in Wailea. The condo was older but clean and had a kitchy 50's Hawaiian decor that I enjoyed. The bed was very soft. The back sliding doors are older and you have to be careful sliding them or they come off track easily (typical of doors from that era). The condo is small, perfect for 2 - only a sleeper sofa for any others you might bring along. If we ever go back without the kids, we would love to stay there again. Maui was beautiful but surprisingly empty - apparently the world thinks it all burned down last summer, not just old town Lahaina. (We love Lahaina and are very sad for all the people who lived and worked there). That being said, it was nice being there when it was less crowded than normal, but I would imagine it is hard on an island that runs on tourism.
Nice condo in Kihei. Owners are very quick to respond. Condo bedroom can be loud at night as the bed is next to a wjndow. If you're a light sleeper .

Had a great stay in Kehei here. There were a few things during the stay - but they were all easily manageable and didnt detract from our holiday. Super happy with the beach 'extras' - chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels!
I just stayed here for two weeks and loved it! This unit is decorated so beautifully! So visually appealing and filled with Hawaii style! The king size bed is co comfy and I truly loved having a/c in the bedroom at night. I went in June and really needed A/C then because the trade winds start slowing in June. Otherwise it's situated perfectly so it doesn't get direct sunlight in the unit. Helps keep it cool by just opening the front door and the lanai door and allowing the trade winds and fans to move the air.
The condo had everything I needed and was just as described. And the owner was quick to respond to me. She even rescheduled the exterminator (yes, there are bugs in Hawaii so I did appreciate that there is an exterminator service) so it wasn't while I was staying there. 😁
This was my first stay in this unit... and my third time staying at Kihei Kai Nani. I love this location. It's so close to everything! I can walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery, and shops in just minutes.
The pool is wonderful when the ocean is choppy or brown. The laundry room is also super easy and convenient. Even has soap for purchase and a change machine.
I keep coming back here for all those reasons. And I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this unit!

IMHO, you can’t beat Kai Nani’s location. The unit was perfectly functional, providing all the necessary accoutrements one needs for a beach vaca.
Great location to Kam II beach and other nearby beaches and shops. Easy check in process and quiet place. Would stay again.
It was really good, Karen was great to deal with and got back to me quickly with anything I needed.
We really enjoyed our stay! We love the location right across from the pool and seconds away from the best beaches in the area. We can't wait to visit Maui and the Kihei Kai Nani again!
Excellent location just a short walk to the beach, stores, restaurants and central to everything around the island. Accommodations were nice, and condo had everything we needed. We were a bit cramped, but that’s our own fault for trying to cram 3 adults and a teen in such a small space. Still better than a hotel, and a lot less expensive.
