We love Maui Banyan. However, we did not realize T building did not have elevator. Climbing 3 flights of stairs for luggage & cases of water and groceries was not something we expected.

We felt the entire unit needs a serious Deep Cleaning. On the surface it appeared clean until looking below the surface just a bit, including the lanai.

All of the sliding doors need serious attention. The first bathroom fan never goes off. Kitchen vent screen on the stove kept falling out.

I would recommend getting a new Shark vacuum as the one in condo is so old & heavy, it’s hard to use.

We loved the layout and the size of condo with two large rooms each having a King bed.

A wonderful condo. Best equipped condo we’ve ever stayed in! The kitchen has everything and beach supplies galore. If you don’t mind stairs this is the one for you. Having a swimming pool across from this condo with young children just perfect. Our only complaint would be not having air conditioning in the main bedroom. Made sleeping uncomfortable for sure. We would definitely book again at a cooler time of year.

It was wonderful to find a property that let us book for just a few days - we were on a quick getaway. The condo has a great location - across the street from a beach and situated in the midst of stores and restaurants. Easy walking distance to go for a coffee or meal. It is especially nice that the condo comes with beach essentials (umbrella/towels/etc) so you can simply drop in for a few days and be ready to go.
Having 2 King-sized beds as well as a pull-out is convenient & makes the stay more comfortable.
We would stay here again! :)
