Overall the stay was pleasant. We had a few minor things upon checkin like the door between the two units was locked and we had to wait for someone to open it. We never did receive a requested text for early checkin and there was a minor leak that they took care of immediately. Overall the unit is clean and communicating with the property manager and unit was easy through text messages. There were no plastic cups for the pool area so we bought some and donated them for the next people. There were beach chairs and umbrellas and the ice maker was a plus. They do not provide beach towels so I would recommend you bring your own. They only provide a few garbage bags and essentials, so be prepared to buy some. You can use and rewash the garbage bin if needed. There were roaches in the unit that we are hoping don’t come home with us. The unit was a treck away from the beach but got our steps in. We would stay again in this unit but would be a little better prepared. We were spoiled at our last place that we rented for over 10 years. We made a lot of great memories with our kids.

1. 4+ contact, and 3 days to get the correct WIFI password
2. No code to the lock off room delivered at the time of check in email, trying to get this information at 10 PM at night with tired family members, was resolved quickly
3. No water for 12+ hours
4. Rented to condo and lock off room together, 3 days to get the door from the lock off into the condo unlocked, more calls and text message, did not keep track
5. Parking space# was not provided, got in trouble with the complex
6. Took our parents to vacation, not a good experience for them
