Very clean and well appointed unit. The unit was on the 4th floor with an excellent view of the ocean. A stunning view of the gardens, as well. Owners were very communicative and helpful. Lots of beach amenities like; chairs, towels, boogie boards, noodles, etc. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. Washer and dryer worked well and air conditioner worked great! Beds were comfortable and clean. Very happy with our trip and this unit overall. I would highly recommend this unit and will use them for future travel to Maui.
We had such a great stay! The condo was spotless, well-equipped, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed, all in a perfect location. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating throughout the unit. As two couples, we had plenty of space to spread out. The beach chairs, beach towels and cart were especially appreciated. The only minor additions that could enhance an already wonderful stay would be a beach umbrella and a full-length mirror. We hope to return to Maui soon and would definitely book here again.

This is the second time that we have stayed at Brittany's condo and it is the perfect place for us. The beds are so comfortable and the air conditioning is a treat to escape from the heat. The condo is fully stocked for a day at the beach with chairs, snorkel gear and coolers. We loved sitting on the lanai to watch humpback whales during the day and to take in a beautiful sunset in the evening. The condo is exactly as described in the listing and Brittany is a great host. She was very responsive to questions when we were booking. We can't wait to stay here again!

The place was perfect for my husband and I and her two best friends… Just the perfect amount of separation with the bedrooms, Comfortable privacy when you needed it,nice Lanai's (Although not as spacious as we thought - A bit cramped with the four of us out there)... Loved the bird sounds and the Parakeets! The beds were very comfortable, we all slept well... And thank goodness for the AC!
We enjoyed this lovely 2 bed, 2 bath, well stocked condo for 1 week with our 2 university aged daughters. It was very clean with comfy king beds. Owner was easy to communicate with. Unit was stocked with dishwasher, laundry and hand soap. Lots of towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and snorkel gear. The grounds were beautiful, well maintained and 2 pools available. Directly across from large, sandy Kam II beach. I would stay in this unit again without question should I be lucky enough to return to south Kihei. Car stall was close and easy to access. All positive experiences.
Wow! This condo was fully stocked, and totally updated. Beds were comfy, condo was extra clean, location was amazing, and AC was cool! I have stayed in Maui in 4 different places, this was the best price and best stocked. I would stay here again absolutely!

Let’s just say I will stay in this condo again in the future. Everything and anything you could possibly need was available for an enjoyable vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, extra towels etc.. Nice pool area with BBQ’s, tables, bathrooms and outdoor shower.
Also available were beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, beach towels I can go on and on.
Great location close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

The condo was amazing!!! It has absolutely everything you need for a wonderful stay. A/c was fantastic, beds were really comfortable, showers were great. Location is right across from the beach (Kamaole 2) with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Owner is super responsive and helpful. Perfect place for a family of four, especially with college kids who had their own entrance with a connecting door to the main area. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location of this condo is so so beautiful! The birds and green space next door, the Maui Banyan gardens and pool area- all just beautiful and added to our enjoyment of Maui. Not to mention the views from the lanais !!!!! We enjoyed the lanais all week all times of day: The different views, birds and wildlife (a heard of deer one night!)
The condo is quiet and serene yet close to everything. The parking was no trouble at all unless you have some mobility issues. It was a piece of cake for us.
We enjoyed this particular resort it was so well-kept and friendly people working all day to improve it.
Had such a great time! Our friends have been to Maui many times & recommended Kihei, We’re used to other islands that are more green & tropical so at first we were a little hesitant. Brittany’s condo in Maui Banyan is in a great location, just a 5-min walk down to the Kamaole beaches. Restaurants, food trucks, groceries close by. The condo has the best set up for 2 couples. Two individual units attached; private but really comfortable. A guest in her guestbook, wrote, “Just enough walls to keep us friends” or something like that. So funny & so spot on! It really was perfect. Two big, comfy beds, beautiful BA’s with soft towels, stackable W/D, stocked kitchen & nice lanai off master BR. Hard to find a place with 2 ‘real’ BR’s instead of a loft. Also a huge hit. Condo has snorkels, fins, beach chairs, umbrellas. So nice! Shoutout to honest Housekeeper who found $ we accidentally left behind & contacted owner. Just wow! We prefer a place where we can park our car next to or near our unit, but the parking garage worked fine. One of us would go get the car when we needed it & then when we were back, we’d stop at the entrance to the building & unload our stuff, and then go park. It became a funny joke about who would go get the car each day. Haha. Explored the whole island & it was fantastic! We have vacation rentals of our own & have seen it all, so now we’re pretty picky about where we stay. Want to go back right now! Thank you, Brittany!
