Perfect room for us. Cozy and comfortable. With lovely views. Close enough to walk to the beach.
Perfect size room for a couple. Nice amenities including Kona coffee and some small treats to hold you until you get to a store. Also loved having beach chairs and towels provided. The balcony was tiny, but it was nice to have access to the outside and there was an ocean view from there. Owner was quick to respond. Would come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. Very clean. Supplied nicely. All the size we really needed (studio). The neighbors in the attached room were loud at times. The kitchen sink also being the bathroom sink felt different. Clearly is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. AC struggled to keep up. Very nice pool and wonderfully close to the beach. Safe area!

My husband and I stayed 9 nights, and it was wonderful. The California king bed was super comfy, and we loved watching the sunset from the lanai. The proximity to the beach and pool were ideal. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The beach chairs, towels, tennis rackets and balls (thanks Barb!) and other beach items were greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much Barb, for creating a "home away from home" for those of us who love Hawaii.
Pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the condo was. Well located, perfect for sunsets. Little additions were super appreciated (beach towels, beach chairs, etc)

This property was in a gorgeous spot in Kiheh. Super close to the beach. Everything you need in walking distance! Beautiful trees and greenery. Perfect little studio apartment. Can't wait to return to Maui!

Great location, walk to beach and restaurants
My wife and I spent 8 nights in the studio. It was nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The location in the south end of Kihei was perfect for us, since we like to visit different beaches in Wailea and Makena. Most importantly the property manager was very responsive and a good communicator.
Amszing location and property
Gorgeous resort, with all you need on site. Studio suite has all that we needed for our beach excursions. Nice view of the ocean and mountain from the lanai. Will definitely stay again!
Cute small studio. No washer and dryer so no clean towels after a couple days was an issue for us. Also lani is not big enough to sit out on and enjoy ocean and sunsets. Great for price though

The unit was in a great location and very clean with nice touches with the welcoming gift and equipped kitchen area. Barbara was very accommodating with working around date changes due to service commitments and great to have finally gotten to have time back on Maui!

This condo was the perfect size for my partner and I and even had a view of the ocean. This condo is in a great walkable location from all of our favorite spots. Highly recommend!

Perfect, great location close to everything. everything provided for a great stay and adventures to the beach, snorkel, boogie boards, etc. great view of the mountains and of the beach also overlooking the pool. All the amenities that you could ask for.
We loved our stay here. It was a great location for exploring the south side of the island. Our studio was clean and the bed was comfy. We had everything we needed (although we did not use much as we weren't in the room much). Having the beach chairs was an added bonus, as well as the welcome basket was a very nice touch! We enjoyed having our bfast on the lanai with the pool and ocean view. The host was responsive. The place was a good deal (as far as maui prices go). Would definitely stay here again if back in Maui!

The property is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance to the beach and shops. The view from the lanai is great, although the lanai itself is quite small. There was plenty of beach items available for use and the welcome basket was lovely. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower looked as though it hadn't been properly cleaned and had a significant buildup of soap scum on the shower doors. Overall, the Maui Banyan and grounds were well maintained.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was accurately advertised. One thing I missed when booking was laundry facilities. There is no washer or dryer in the suite but the property manager offered to do our laundry mid-week or we could use a laundry mat nearby. We ended up finding alternate arrangements. Loved the cozy Lana’i. Every morning we would sit out there and have our coffee and watch the whales. Parking was tricky if we got in late at night but we were fine 99% of the time. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs or sound machine. The pool area can be quite loud. I had brought ear plugs so it was not an issue. It was lovely to have the beach chairs and beach towels to use. I would suggest having a few more white towels for showers for the week. The welcome gift upon arrival was a lovely touch and much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!
