upsells on early check in and late check out are petty. Way too many emails! multiple emails with same information made it difficult to find the necessary information. On line photos made it look more updated than it really is. Excessive fees really increased the price.
The location was perfect for my parents. They loved the gardens and flowers. Furniture is a bit outdated, and they wished the kitchen had more dishes. Only 4 very small glasses to use. They said it was clean.

I stayed here for one night on a quick trip, and had a great time here. It is in a resort community, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and other places to eat and drink. Access and check-in is easy, would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through.

On arrival 04FEB we could not stay there, due wrong discription of the owner, as we later find out. We had to stay and pay for another place, Aston Maui.
Now we try to get our money back. The owner want, that we text him the invoice.
We need an E-Mail or WhatsApp contact, as we do not unterstand what text means.
But we do not get this from them.
So it is a bad handling and cooperation!!!
Can you help us, how we can send the the copy of the invoice?

One more again. With Reservation ID HA-4BZNM3 and Property ID 1192584
we had the reservation from 04th until 11th February.
On arrival we tried to check in, but the unit was occupied and we must search an other
for overnight. The next day we tried it again and find out, that the owner David and James has given us a wrong Check-in Information.
Now we need an information, how we can contact David and James direct, as they want the invoice for refund.
It must be an E-Mail as we only can scan the invoice!!!

Great value! The apartment has many new features, furniture and decoration. It's so close to Wailea and steps away from the beach. This is our new go-to apartment when we visit Maui.
Very well appointed. My wife and I stay for our honeymoon. Very clean, comfortable and large apartment. The balcony has a calm view on a tropical garden. The beach is very close...only few steps away.
