Property as pictured! Nice amenities, convenient location, and very responsive hosts! Loved our time here. Had towels and anything else needed for the beach, as well as a washer and dryer!
Property was just as advertised. Great location with restaurants and beaches in walking distance. Owners provided a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear and towels. Owners were very attentive and accommodating. The two managers, Lucas and Elise were amazing in their help when we had a problem with the washing machine. They also provided fresh linens and towels upon request. The unit was very clean when we arrived. One suggestion for the owners would be to provide some cleaning supplies for the guests who are on an extended stay such as shower cleaner and an upright vacuum. Overall a great place and we would book again with the owners.

Don’t like doing reviews, find being constantly bugged to do them annoying. This place however does deserve a good review. Gave them five stars on everything because they deserved it. Location is great, condo was clean and efficient and the property itself was well kept. Would come here again.

My wife and I stayed at the Maui Banyan for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! It is a block or so away from Kamaole Beach II which is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island!
It’s right off the south Kihei road with so many beautiful shops, restaurants, cafes! We stayed for a week and never ran out of things to see and do!
If you are looking to go to Hawaii, this is the island, this is the city, and this is the condo!
I took a big risk booking this newly listed condo without prior reviews and was rewarded with a fantastic stay!
This lovely condo is clean and quiet, sitting in a well-maintained garden. Located on the first floor, it doesn’t get very hot. We kept the curtains closed during the day and only used the AC in the bedroom for 10 minutes two out of six nights we stayed. It comes with two bathrooms with big mirrors! The parking spot is conveniently located on the first level of the parking structure across the street. The unit is well equipped with new beach gear (chairs, umbrella, mat, cooler, tote, towels, snorkeling set, boogie board) and kitchen supplies.
We loved the location. It is literally a couple minute walk to Kamaole Beach II for swimming and watching the beautiful sunset. There are plenty of good restaurants within a short walk or driving distance. It is also very easy to get to other parts of the beautiful island of Maui.
Lastly and importantly our host Luckas was very honest, helpful and responsive. I was worried about cockroaches that other people complained about in the area, so I reached out to Lukas. He honestly replied that bugs were inevitable in the tropical climate and advised to keep food in the fridge or in concealed containers to keep them away. That’s what we did and no disgusting bugs! Lukas also went above and beyond to take care of our requests during our stay. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. We will be back again!
