Very relaxing stay! The condo was well equipped, great location if you want to have walking distance to many conveniences and beach, very clean and comfortable. Would gladly come back to this area!

Other than fixing the toilet all day everyday , it was a memorable vacation
The property itsselve was very nivecly maintanted with nice finishing touches. Had issue with people who rented en-suite partied till 3 AM and did not no protocol. Email property manger who said she would have secured check they partied again and had to call security ourselves. I realize that you can’t anticipate renters but this was very tiresome and was very load. Would recommend that both rented as one unit as have read others complain about how much you can hear coming from either room.

We stayed for 3 nights. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, organized and quiet. We were located across the street from the beach. Multiple restaurants and the grocery store was convenient to get to. We have no complaints. Thank you !
We were thrilled with our stay! This was our 8th stay at the Banyan and our 7th different unit and have had great units in the past too. This was the best quality and location to date. Anke is a wonderfully supportive manager and an excellent communicator. We had no problems and all the questions we had ahead of time were answered quickly and kindly. The pictures of the unit are very nice, but they don't do it justice. Everything is quality and there are many small inclusions that stand out in comparison to other units. Our favorite pool is the upper pool and it is only a couple minutes walk at most. Also, we really enjoyed the convenience and predictability of having an assigned parking spot right across from our balcony - an assigned spot was a first for us at the Banyan.
All in all. fantastic everything! Hope to be back very soon!
The Maui Banyan is in the best location in Kihei. Beach across street with great snorkeling with plenty of turtles and many places to eat within walking distance. The parking space is close and under cover. There are two pools and spas that are clean and well maintained. The unit itself was clean, well appointed and has an ocean and mountain view. There were plenty of hangers, nice furnishings and a very comfortable bed. Unit is nice for couple or small family. Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend if planning a trip to Maui.
This was our 4th stay at a condo at Maui Banyan. The property is beautiful and so nicely groomed. Grocery and luggage carts available. Close proximity to beaches and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing environment. We will be back! Aloha
