I stayed 17 days and was not disappointed once. The view is fantastic. It was wonderful getting up at 5:30 each morning and sitting outside drinking coffee and looking at the water.

This location and the view of Maui from the front and the back was amazing. We can watch the sunrise and then go to the back and to the lanai and look at the sunset. It was great beautiful. We plan on coming back next year and getting the same room, perfect location, everything about this room was exactly what My Husband and I were looking for Mahalo

Unit had everything we need. Sofabed looks newer then in the listing photos. No a/c but ceiling fans, and could open all doors and get breeze. Great view from the 6th floor. Only suggestion would be replace dresser drawers- they would get stuck all the time.
I hesitate to rave too much about this unit-- it's truly a hidden gem! This is my 3rd time staying here, and I already have 2 more stays booked. The view is unreal-- whoever it was that said the view isn't that great in their review clearly hasn't stayed in Kihei very much (I've been coming to Kihei for the past 20+ years, so I know what I'm talking about!). Yeah, the appliances are a bit dated, and it's not in tip top shape. But who cares, you come to Maui for Maui, not for the fridge! As long as you're ok with a bit of wear and tear, you won't find a better deal around- best view, great location!
There is no smoke detector in the condo suite. This is a major saftey violation and it needs to be fixed.
The buildings in the complex are not clearly marked, especially if you arrive at night like we did. There are four different buildings and the signs that identify them are very small and not lit up at night. We originally went to the wrong building and suite. It was close to midnight and we were tired from traveling but we had to walk all over the complex to find the building with the condo we rented. It was not easy to figure out.

This unit is perfect for two people. Views from the balcony were amazing! We watched the whales for hours. So close to. The. Beaches, boat launch for diving, snorkeling and whale watching trips! Would come back!

The place was old, has probably not been updated since original build? 50 years ?. The bathroom very small, tiling cracked and chipped, no air conditioning, the bed was small ( just regular double bed) . Not a great place for cooking, very few dishes. No comfortable chairs to relax on in the living room. It was not cleaned very well. Fans, curtains, mirrors were very dirty. Sand in the unit. The price should have reflected the units value...it was way overpriced. It was a place to stay that did the job. No one was in the unit that long. The view was nice but not worth the price. Would recommend to someone knowing the condition it was in and hoping they weren’t expecting a lot from it.

We arrived 11:00pm at night. Easy instruction to get in the apartment but disappointing that there was no cold water in the fridge as we arrived late.The place is very outdated but that did not bother us. What bothered us is the fact that we rented the place for two weeks and there was only one roll of paper towel and two rolls of toilet paper. There were only for 4 loads supply for the washer/dryer and dishwasher. As I mentioned we stayed two weeks. Check out time was 10:00 am most places are 11:00 am
