Absolutely loved this stay! Loved the lay out. Enjoyed walking along the beach. Perfect spot for sunset. Our family also enjoyed the shuffle board. I cannot wait to return!
Easy, friendly checkin process. Grounds were clean and manicured nicely.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Maui Sunset property! It's in a great location in Kihei. The Management staff were informative. The only thing is we would have liked a few more blankets.
I have to take one star off because the AC was very very loud making it hard to sleep. Otherwise the apartment was lovely. Very clean and spacious. Great location in central Kihei with parking and directly at the beach. Nice pool area and sport opportunities too.
Maui Sunset resort grounds, amenities, beach, location & property management definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars! They even have an herb garden next to the pool that you can use.

Note to owner: The items in the condo might deserve 3 out of 5 stars. I get that in general, things wear down and we did not expect luxury. (the condo looks exactly like the photos) But providing simple conveniences would have made up for it, especially when your renters come from all over the world. Please update the supplies if you want return renters & referrals.
Things I would want to know before renting:
Main bed was comfortable, couches not so much.
The cookware is old but served its purpose & (2) tupperware needs thrown away.
The coffee pot is manual, so DON"T forget to turn it off AND buy your own coffee. We rented for a week and only received 2 coffee packets.
Condo does not provide foil, ziplocs, saran wrap, spices, zero condiments, etc. "good to know when shopping"
No, the above inconveniences weren't deal breakers to our vacation, but I have rented a lot of places and these are little things that can really make a difference in the experience.
If your renters are required to buy these items, I at least suggest a donation collection to help others with the supplies we leave behind. I don't like all the waste in our world when there are so many people struggling.

Loved our stay here, very clean and up to date. Only slight complaint was no boogie boards in the rental.
My husband's name is Dan also, so I was confused at first that it said a Dan reviewed. Lol. We had a great time. The pictures of course make it look a bit bigger than it is, but it was just perfect for our needs. You might put a little more soap in that Tupperware container for laundry. Some sort of vegetable steamer would be nice, but otherwise we had a great time. The grounds are very well-kept and it was a great location. Thank you so much!
Hi, We stayed in this property and the rest of our family stayed in another property with another agency on another floor. We all agreed our place was much nicer.
We loved the spaciousness of our place, the comfortable beds, linens and pillows. Although we didn't cook, there seemed to be everything one would need in the kitchen. The contact was efficient, and everything was clearly spelled out.
We did drive around the Island, and I fell like you receive a real, authentic feel of Maui in Kihei. The food truck area was fun, and we went to the 4th Friday town party. We also saw turtles in a small cover nearby. The pool, hot tub, tennis & pickle ball courts were also nice. In the evening we had a perfect view of the sunsetting.
