Property was beautiful and had great amenities.The unit was clean and the bed comfy, but overall the accommodations were fairly dated. Could use some updating.
We truly enjoyed the studio ocean view unit that we had at this property. The view was not just a tiny sliver of the ocean like some ocean view units I have seen in the past. The room was very clean and neat and relatively spacious for a studio unit. Service was quick and attentive. You will be hit up to participate in timeshare presentations a couple of times, but the people are friendly and not pushy. You can easily say yes or no to participating. The lobby area is as beautiful as people say it is, and the marketplace is very convenient, though expensive like it is at most resorts. They charge you for every little thing, which is a bit of a shame. But it was expected, and it did not affect my rating or our enjoyment of the property. Accessing the parking area was pretty simple for us based on where our room was. Hanna answered all of our questions when we reserved the unit, and I would be very happy to work with her again.

We definitely will recommend this resort to friends. The room was very comfortable and had an ocean view. The pools were wonderful and so was the beach. Hope to come back again and try the golf course.
Property standard met our expectations, great for families with kids. We were able to pre check-in in the morning and use pool and other facilities until our room was ready. Free parking with this studio was a big plus.I highly recommend it!

Great resort with lots of areas for lounging and good pools for kids. The room was a bit of a tight squeeze and the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. It was only a short walk to shops and restaurants so we wasn’t tied to the hotel for dining however the hotel restaurants were good too,
Overall could not be happier. Unit is fantastic and Hanna was patient and gracious with info leading up to the stay. The property is family friendly and a great base for exploring. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent resort with loads of fun activities! We had the best view of the ocean! Hanna was super helpful with booking. Will definitely return.
The whole reason we got this rental was for our kids to enjoy the coves and pools n Ko Olina. And we were not disappointed the resort is perfect for this purpose. We the adults also enjoyed it, and the restaurants nearby were great. (Mina’s at the 4 Seasons is unreal!)
Hannah is a terrific host and was very quick to communicate and help us enjoy our trip.
The only thing I will say, and I told Hannah this so I’m not torpedoing her, is the space is not big enough for 4 people. It’s a 2 person room. We did just fine since we didn’t spend much time in the room, but when we were in there it was tight! And 3 of our people were pretty small. So yes, rent this space if you want an awesome space for two people.
Overall great stay. Property was well maintained and as described. Great communication from VRBO host as well to accommodate some last minute changes!
We love this property. There are a lot of things to do. The many pools are very inviting. There were so many exercise classes to choose from. We enjoyed the beach. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We’ll be back. Thanks for a great vacation!

Love the Marriott Ko Olina. This is my 5th time staying here and I highly recommend booking a stay here. Everyone is Aloha friendly and accommodations are superb. Communication was prompt and very friendly.

Everything was perfect. Very I pressed with the location and hotel. Would recommend to anyone.
Whilst the property was lovely, the host did not clearly explain extra fees and taxes. She offered to change our booking to a 2 bed villa instead of two studios due to room availability. It was not explained that local taxes were 4 times as much for this room. It was also not explained that only 1 parking space was included with the 2 bed villa so we also had to pay extra for a second one.
When I expressed disappointment at this, the host simply said that the resort actually changes much more so I had saved so much money. Not a great way to finish a trip with such a dismissive response.

Easy check in. Property is beautiful with great pools, lagoon great for swimming. Parking is easy and included.
Enjoyed our time at Ko Olina. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating.
Inquired regarding an early check-in with Hanna and she was quick to request one with Marriot. Checked in early and had a wonderful vacation!
This area is my favorite part of Oahu. The Marriot is both super fun and very relaxing. We really enjoyed the morning yoga on the beach and all the convenient food choices. Took a snorkeling trip from the marina next door and it was so nice to walk to it. Hannah was a great communicator and everything went very smoothly.
The stay was perfect for attending a weekend wedding. The room & bathroom was bigger than most studios. The property was beautiful and the parking was convenient. Hanna answered all of my questions & got back to me within a few hours. I would definitely book again with Hanna!
