Right up the way from Brennecke's Beach, 3 min walk. Good A/C and beach supplies! Will definitely book again.
Had a wonderful time at Manualoha 608. Due to louvre doors on bedrooms and open primary suite open to space below, limited privacy. Beautiful views from decks. A/C was very helpful and made the space very pleasant due to warmer summer temps and humidity.. Looking to stay in 2026 for a month.
Pros: We loved the location and grounds. We could walk to Brenneke's, Shipwreck and Poipu beach through beautifully landscaped grounds. The unit is large and the decks are nice. The kitchen was well stocked, the suite had lots of beach toys, and the beds were comfy. Cons: I don't mind dated, but the cooktop stove handles were so badly stripped there was no way to tell how hot or cold, or on or off the elements were. After one disastrous attempt to use it we gave up cooking. The dishwasher was so old the racks had holes in them from rust, large enough that dishes could actually fall through. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned and the free cookies were open and half consumed. There was no blind on the window in our kids room, allowing anyone at or near the front door to see into the room. We reported our issues and the company, Vacasa, got back to us quickly. They replaced the coffee machine and cookies and without us asking they sent a partial refund. Apparently the stove and dishwasher are scheduled to be replaced. Hopefully the blind too. I appreciated the quick replies from them. I would book with them again, but not this unit until it's fixed.
Great location! Stocked kitchen even though we did not cook this trip. It was hot at first but was able to place fans to circulate air. Clean and spacious! Came with extra ‘stuff’ to enjoy the beach!
Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights and it was a perfect base to explore the surrounding area. Lots of space, well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the separate bedroom upstairs with bathroom and its own lanai. Easy short walk to the beaches & park for sunrise/sunset and to see the turtles.
We were a family of 5 and the place was comfortable for all of us. It’s really well located in a quiet area and walking distance to an amazing beach. We used the chairs, boogie board and snorkeling gears. The condo is a bit old but we would recommend the sight.
Beautiful property with awesome balconies and loved the Master Suite loft. Woke up to birdsong every morning!
Property has a great location with amazing views. Lots of space and areas to lounge around and enjoy the peace and quiet.The only thing I wish could be changed is the access to the pool, which locations is quite far from room, and you need the key to get into the gate....and to let yourself out. It was quiet weird and inconvenient considering we had 1 key for 6 guest to share. Overall we enjoyed our stayed and would try this place again for our staycations.
It worked good for our needs . All the works were in the kitchen.
This place was incredible and exceeded our expectations. The community is fantastic with 3 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, a restaurant, a rental shop, easy walk to the beach, and restaurants. I couldn’t ask for more. I would buy a place here I loved it so much.
We loved our stay. The home has everything you need for the beach. You cannot beat the location. One small thing we would like to see just a little bit of simple maintenance around the interior of the condo. But cannot beat this home. We will book again.

We stayed for two weeks at this Manualoha rental in the Poipu area. We enjoyed the 7 to 10 minute walk to the busy beautiful beaches. We enjoyed returning to the solitude of the pool which can only be entered by Manualoha guests that have the entry key. Sometimes we were the only people at the pool! The home was very comfortable and the large lanai was a beautiful place to relax. The master bedroom with large closet and shower was a bonus. Some of the appliances are showing their age but still work! Had a great stay!

Lots of potential, but unfortunately very disappointing.
Pros:
-Location, location, location. Walk to multiple beaches and restaurants/bars
-Fully stocked kitchen
-Washer and dryer
Cons:
-In desperate need of some TLC. Ripped blinds, old and chipped paint, stained carpets, wicker chairs with tears, nasty tiles in the master shower, and a rusty dishwasher. Just didn’t feel clean or cared for.
-Internal privacy: Take note that the listing does say the master is a loft. I appreciate the honestly there but they fail to say how open the rest of the unit is. The master bathroom doors have wooden slats for air movement which means you can hear everything happening in the bathroom from anywhere in the condo. The downstairs room is also not private, just a sliding door with slats.
-External privacy: Due to no air conditioning there are open windows to the outside. When entering the unit you can hear everything going on in other units and in the mornings we could hear kids from other units.
-Door Lock: After traveling all day to get to Kauai, the code we were given did not work. Vacasa did not answer the phone but thankfully were responsive via texting. It took about 20 minutes to get a code that worked, but then the lock was finicky the rest of the trip and we kept wondering if each time we left if we were gonna be able to get back in.
In a beautiful location, but definitely needs updating. Dishwasher was all rusted out. The master bedroom TV didn’t work, but they replaced it but never programmed it. The master bath shower was clogged. Two adults and two infants staying in the downstairs bedroom. Got eat up my bugs. Not sure why.
We enjoyed our stay in Poipu. It was such a short walk to the beach each day. We walked to dinner at a nearby restaurant one night. The huge lanai was pleasant to enjoy our morning coffee together.
We had trouble with the wifi other then that it was a great place to stay. A little dated, but worked perfect for our needs. Washer/dryer was newer and worked great. Good location, super close to Poipu beach. The kids loved the cookies and chocolates they had as a welcome gift, that was a very nice touch.
