Loved the access to the beaches and pools. House came with beach chairs, wagon, coolers and umbrella which we really appreciated the beach. The upstairs loft was fine for our kids, but is warm and not private. Both showers are a little cramped. The grounds of the area are well kept and beautiful. Place was perfect for our family, will be back.
The unit was satisfactory, not great but not bad. On the positive side, the living /dining/kitchen areas were nice. On the negative side, the upstairs bedroom was basically unusable until 10 or 11 at night and for most of the day, I would estimate the temperature to be in the 90s and perhaps close to 100 up there. The master was also pretty small but didn't present and major issues.
The home was a great fit for my time on Kauai. Lovely location, with great access to many of poipus treasure.
We loved how clean and welcoming this property has been during our stay in Kauai. The pool with an ocean view was a plus! No complaints about this property other than we wish we could stay longer. 🌺✨

Well maintained unit. Very homey. A great place to relax with family and friends. Steps away from pool, tennis courts, grills and the beach.
We loved this place. We were all so sad to leave. A short walk to the beach made it the perfect spot. Thank you!

So close to the beach and rentals and delicious restaurants. Loved being able to grill in and enjoy the sunsets. We will be back.
We enjoyed our stay here. It was thoughtfully finished and perfectly furnished for our family's vacation here. The community and full time owner/residents were very friendly which isn't always the case with short term renters in communities. The location was better than I anticipated.
Stayed here with our whole family, lots of options for beds and was also very nice that lots was provided( toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towel, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and more) made it much easier then having to go out and buy it all. We didn’t arrive until midnight and it was very easy to check in and straight forward, just use the code and in you go.
Would stay here again.
This place was an excellent location just two blocks from the beach. It was clean and nicely laid out. We did have a bit of a challenge getting additional towels. But overall everything was great and highly recommend this place to others.
