The view of Keawakapu Beach from this condo is amazing! The condo was clean, kitchen was stocked with spices, dishes, cooking utensils, cook/bakeware, cleaning supplies, etc. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and lots of pillows, linens/towels were fresh/clean, and extra blankets and bedding was provided for the pull out couch. The condo is steps away from Keawakapu beach and a few minutes drive fromdowntown Kihei. The morning walks and evening moonlight strolls are amazing on the soft sand! The condo had a few snorkeling masks, 3 beach chairs, pool noodle, cooler bags, beach umbrella, and various other beach items in the closet. You can also rent kayaks, boogie boards, and snorkel equipment downstairs. Snorkeling is awesome in front of the Mana Kai, especially in the morning before the winds pick up and the pool is the perfect temp, cleaned every night and wasn’t crowded the whole week we were there. We had a few minor things that needed attention in the condo, and the property manager, Scott, immediately called us back and fixed the items that needed attention within hours. The Mana Kai staff and security were all super friendly and helpful, and we loved the house kitties who “patrolled” the grounds and welcomed guests back from their daily outings! The onsite 808 General Store is great to have onsite for any items you may need, forgot or a late night ice cream from the local creamery!
Amazing view, clean & check in was easy. The staff are friendly & the beach access was perfect. The unit is stocked extras - beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, travel Maui books - all which were much appreciated. I would definitely come & stay again & would recommend.Laundry is not in the unit, but easily accessible just out the door. Some noise in the master due to proximity to the elevator.
Great location with beach access and snorkeling. Excellent onsite amenities. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
Mana Kai Maui is an excellent resort for families who want to be close to a safe accessible beach and love nature and views. II do miss the restaurant and bar downstairs which was so convenient. For fourty years we have enjoyed this location and the suite was lovely and as promised.
Such a great stay, we sat onthe Lania most of the time when we were in the room. Great to watch people and activities on the beach. Such great location for quick access to pool and beach. We even got to watch a pod of dolphins right off the beach.
Imagine being so overwhelmed by the view from your balcony that you never want to leave it?!! Seriously, that was our problem! This was an amazing location, clean, cooled, it was everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back! The snorkeling just outside the condo was exactly what we needed! Don’t pass this place up, it’s a gem!
Our family of four (two teens) loved our stay. It was quite literally the perfect location. Things we loved about the property: the view, the walk out beach access, the bedrooms split up, having two bathrooms, beach chairs, coolers, floaties, grocery bags, a full kitchen of odds and ends, the general store downstairs. Great ac and ceiling fans too. We will be back. Thank you for making our dream vacation so amazing.
This place was amazing because of its location!!!! You cant beat it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the inaccuracy of the listing. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because it had a restaurant associated with it. However there has not been a restaurant there for 2 years. Its been under construction for some time. We were pretty frustrated by this when we got there...but we got over it. They do need to update their listing. The water there is perfect for swimming and snorkeling every day. There are many young families everywhere. The condo itself has absolutely everything you need to cook with! I find this is rare with condos like these. The top floor is nice because you have no one above you running around! The view is AMAZING! There is a shared washer dryer that takes credit cards on each floor; we found there was no issue with being overcrowded. We REALLY appreciated that there were some beach chairs and snorkel stuff! That made every day awesome by the beach. No fighting for space! As long as you go prepared to cook for yourself or go out you will love this place. Get some Poke at Foodland and your week will be set! You're within 5 minutes of all sorts of restaurants in either direction which is great. Renting snorkels and paddles boards was super easy. Scott was extremely helpful with our check in process as we were a bit stranded and exhausted from our trip. We really appreciated his help. Would absolutely go back!
Among the three ocean front rentals in 3 islands, we had opportunity to watch the whale dancing at the Sunset. This is our first vacation at Hawaii, so we spent majority of the time outdoors, hence, not had opportunity to use what this resort has to offer. In the future, we definitely want to stay in the place longer and enjoy it more. Love the stay!
The unit was as advertised. Fantastic view. Great access. I would stay again. The only thing if you need anything the management company BRX Rentals Inc, will not call you back. We had a question about check in and another call about the unit.

Walked the long beach every morning then continued onto the paved Wailea beach path. Would turn around at Polo Beach before turning back. Great way to exercise during vacation. Rented a double kayak from downstairs shop, reasonable rate $50/2 hours on a 2 person kayak. Bought a blow up floater at Nearby ABC store to just relax and float in the waves. Used the BBQ which we took on a couple of picnic lunches. We stayed at this facility 10 years ago and returned.
