Our family of 4 stayed in this condo for a week and it was absolutely perfect. You cannot beat the location. We spent every day on the beach, just steps away, which is one of the best beaches on the island. The convenient store directly downstairs was so nice, we used it everyday. We've stayed in this unit multiple times and have always been so happy with it. It's clean, well appointed, has fast wifi, great ocean views, is spacious and we personally love that it's directly across from the stairs which we prefer to taking the elevator. No complaints! We'll be back!
My family of four had a great week stay. We loved the location right on the beach and the ocean views from the lanai. Kids swam in the pool everyday. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Communication and checkin were smooth with Vacasa. We had an assigned parking spot. No Washer/Dryer inside our unit, but there was common laundry on our floor. We were happy that there were beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler for use, perhaps left by previous renters. We would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at Mana Kai as the location and view is fantastic. The unit is older and nothing fancy, but worked fine for a family with two teenagers. The "master bedroom" is basically an extension of the living room separated by a lightweight room divider, so it required cooperation for shutting down the living room and kitchen areas at bed time. We appreciated the AC. The convenience store was a nice bonus for items. Would stay again.
The view was beautiful. The unit was extremely clean and ready a bit early. Had everything one could need.
The facility is well maintained and the location is perfect. Next to a super nice beach with corals next to it. Nice snorkeling location and beautiful scene of sunset.
Good launching point for lots of Maui activities. Close to Auntie Snorkel for rental needs, surf lessons, the airport. It’s a high rise but the beach feels quaint.
We love the location, beach and view. Room 215 needs a major overhaul. Dirt caked on dishes, utensils, pots and coffee pot. We needed to call a handyman twice for items that needed fixing, including the main bed and garbage disposal. Hairs on the bedside table, floor was dirty, no storage for clothes or groceries.....not at all worth the price. Cheaper than other Vacasa Mana Kai Suites, this would likely be why. You are unfortunately paying for the view!

What a beautiful place to stay! So clean, modern & with incredible grounds, pool and beaches. It was the best place we have ever stayed.
The unit was well equipped with dishes and everything needed to make a meal. The beds were comfy. Check-in and check out was easy. The bathrooms were functional, but could use an update.
Beautifully set up condo right on the beach! Very clean superbly outfitted kitchen. The beds and linens are clean and new, and the condominium building itself is beautiful.
