Local management team( Jason ) did a nice job following up on some issues that the off site team did not deem relevant after last minute changes to our booking

Had a wonderful stay here. We selected this because of its location directly on the beach and it did not disappoint! The unit was clean and well appointed. The only issue was that we did not know the number of the parking spot ahead of time so we had to call Guest Services from the parking lot but it was quickly resolved. We would like to stay here again sometime. Great memories- my daughter's boyfriend proposed on the beach here!
We had a great time at this location. Super nice beach, location is very centralized to dining & shopping, and condo was set up nicely for a beach vacation! We would come back!

Great location on the beach, balcony with view of the beach and close enough to hear the waves rolling in. Only negative: one of the two bedrooms is not really a separate room; just separated from living room by a moving divider.
Lovely condo, very comfortable and great location right on the beach!! Spent many hours on the balcony overlooking the beautiful beach!!
Great location and views. Better than pictures on website. Would stay here again.

Our first trip to Maui did not disappoint- fantastic location and a great set up for our family.
We had a great holiday trip. My family are big snorkelers and something about walking out the front door right to a great snorkeling spot is our thing. I loved it being on the ocean side of the highway. Also, the place itself was super nice and we all loved it. Overall 10/10.
When I booked it, the online couldnt answer simple questions about elevator and construction. but booking was great. when arrived the local front desk for Vacasa was amazing! Her name was Jessi and she helped us tremendously with an air conditioner unit not working and her customer service was excellent. She is a great asset for Vacasa.

We loved the Mana Kai condo! Great location right on the beach!! Great views from the balcony of the gorgeous beach! Everything we needed was right here!!

We selected this property because it was near the stairs and on the second floor. The ease of access was wonderful, both to our car and the beach. This condo had multiple umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, and 3 boogie boards. The kitchen is FULLY furnished with everything we possible could have needed. We spent hours sitting on the lawn and beach, and enjoyed the sunsets. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night was definitely a highlight and a benefit only found in a unit like this so close to the water.

A small supply of dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, etc was given. The second bedroom is definitely rented out, only reason it gets 4 stars is because we got locked out after shutting that door. Not sure why the code wasn’t changed to the main condo code. Had to call after hours line but eventually we got back in. The general store has everything including hot food which was so convenient!

After a great day driving back from the road to Hana, we were all very surprised on what a great view our condo had. The two bedrooms were far enough apart for privacy. I thought the bedroom with the sliding dividers was really cool, we gave that one to the Birthday girl, nice way to wake up, sun/surf/coffee on the porch. Lots of room for the 4 of us. The beach is calm, alot more private in this area of the island. Really fun to watch the people out surfing, surf sailing,etc. Turltes swimming by us all day. The grass area is a great place to seak shade and watch the sunset. Nice sandy beach. Sad there was no close place to eat. Walking to dinner is much more fun. But we had a car, OH yes, we were greated with a small gift. Nice touch. Hope to stay again. On a side note. Outside doors our heavy, its windy on the water, so doors do slam.

Check in was easy. We had 4 people staying in the condo my husband and I, our son, and my mom. The condo was clean. The layout is a little bit odd with one of the rooms connected to the living room so it is not very private but it works. There is plenty of storage and closet space. The bathrooms were roomy enough, The view and location is what you'er paying for. The a/c worked great and we were very happy we had it. We had 4 other groups that stayed at different condo's near us none with a/c and they all commented on how nice it was in our condo. The beach chairs and boogie boards were nice to have. The kitchen is well equip with everything you'll need. There is not much space to put your food away but we made it work.

It would have been appreciated if we would have known ahead of time that the bar and restaurant were under construction during our vacation stay. Also only 1 elevator was operational. Fortunately we were on the 2nd floor so we used the stairs. The grounds were well maintained and the beach was beautiful. Everything in the condo was in good working order.

We loved our stay at Mana Kai resort! Beautiful beach and nice central location to other areas of the island. We would gladly stay here again.
