Highly recommend this place to stay. It was clean, well equipped and the view was spectacular. Pool was also a hit with our kids. No complaints at all with this unit.

We had a wonderful stay at Sid's for our time in Maui. The location was great with easy parking, a pool and hot tub the whole family enjoyed, fantastic views and a very family friendly beach across the street ( less than 10 min walk). We had the option to walk along a path to see the manicured resorts, high end shopping and even enjoyed a luau close by, but I was so happy to come back and spread out and cook at "home" in this lovely condo. I'm a bit picky when it comes to bedding in a rental and their linens were fabulous, making it really feel like a higher end get away. Someone did a wonderful job designing the space with great bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. The lanai was perhaps the best part. We had breakfast out there every morning watching SUP's, boats full of snorkelers, & sail boats passing by. While we didn't see any whales from the lanai we saw SO MANY on a the PacWhale watching tour that I can't recommend enough. The closet full of beach toys and chairs/umbrella was a life saver as I think my kids would rank boogie boarding as the highlight of their trip to HI. Thank you so much to Sid, should we be lucky enough to return we would certainly look to stay here again!

This unit and its location were perfect. The host was very communicative and helpful. The unit was super comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of attention to detail. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The beach to the left just south of K-3 was so nice. Turtles are always swimming in the rocks across the street. Catch a boat to Molokini at the launch right across the street. Easy to walk up the street to shops. We stayed 10 days. We could have easily stayed longer.

This condo was stunning. There were no negatives! The owners provided everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed the location as well. It was so easy to get to the beach and walk to many great restaurants. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous stay!! The condo was even better in person!! It was super clean, beautifully decorated and had amazing views of the ocean and sunset!! It had everything we needed for a perfect vacation!!! Sid was an excellent host.!! He was very happy to share his extensive knowledge of the many sites ( and restaurants) of Maui! He, along with Maui Condo checked on us a number of times; to be sure our check in went smoothly and to see if we had any questions or concerns. We were more than thrilled with our stay, and we are already planning on our next visit!!!! Mahalo !!

We had a great week at this property. Amazing views, great layout, quiet, clean and really convenient area with shops, restaurants and great beaches nearby. The property owner was very helpful with recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed.

Wow this was the best stay I ever had so far . from the check in to the kitchen including the entire house .everything was excellent , very clean, this gave me the peace of mind to let my daughter run in the house without any worry.I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe and clean luxurious place to stay while in Maui.

We had the best time in our apartment in Kamaole. From the communication with the owner, to the neighbourhood and the wonderful Island of Maui itself, everything was just perfect!

We were very happy with our accommodations!

My wife and I and our two sons stayed at Sid Rubin’s condo (Maui Kamaole A-205) for seven nights May 12-19th, 2025. The condo is extremely spacious and nice overall. The kitchen is clean and updated. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and nicely furnished and well kept. We sept very well on the king-size bed in the master bedroom. The condo has convenient access to the nearby beach, and other beaches close by. It is situated so close to the nearest beach that it took us only 4-5 minutes each evening to watch the sun set off the beautiful grassy area just above the beach. The condo is also close to grocery stores, a great shopping center and nearby restaurants. We found the entire neighboring area around the property to be very nice as well as safe to walk around even during the evening hours. Though exceptionally nice, the condo inside could use some freshening up with a new sofa, and sofa pillows, and a fresh coat of paint on some of the unit’s interior wood trim. The living room area needs more lighting for evening times — too dark for us in that area. Other than these suggestions of improvements, I wouldn’t let them hold you back from renting this property. If you are going to Maui, we highly recommend this condo as a place for you to enhance your overall great experience on this beautiful island!

Staying at this comfortable property in Kiehi was a perfect central location in South Maui for my husband and I with our two teenage boys. We enjoyed exploring all the nearby beaches on this side of the island - very close to Makena area beaches that became our favorites. When we were at the condo I appreciated the overall large size to spread out with 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We ate all our meals outside on the Lanai and watched sunset from there - it was a great set up.

This condo was perfectly located. It had direct sight of the ocean where we could see whales from the balcony and directly across from the beach. There were great restaurants within minutes. It was well stocked, clean and the communication with the owner before arriving was thorough and friendly. Highly recommend.

This condo was everything it was advertised to be and more. The sunset views of the ocean were amazing. Everything we could think of was provided. We couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate our 50th anniversary!

What an amazing condo with plenty of space. Very rarely do the pictures match the actual condition or cleanliness of the rental upon arrival, but this place is the exception. Good communication with Sid; we didn't have any issues during our 10-night stay. The rental is worth the premium for its extra sq. footage as well as picture perfect sunset views. South Kihei was a great decision; beaches were quiet with exceptional snorkeling most mornings. Great restaurants and food options just minutes from the condo. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our family stayed there for a nice vacation. It had a great home feeling right when we walked in the door. It was stocked with many extras we would need to have a great beach vacation. Not like most of the “resort” rentals that have minimal amenities. This place had everything and more. The location was also a plus. Close to all the good restaurants and little shops. My family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this beautifully decorated apartment with my husband and our two kids ( 8 and 12) and I can’t recommend it enough! The interior is tastefully furnished with every detail thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. But the real showstopper is the balcony—it’s absolutely breathtaking! The views of the ocean are spectacular, and I found myself spending every morning and evening out there, just soaking it all in. The apartment is also incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Whether you’re cooking a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or heading out for a day at the beach, you’re covered. They even provide a complete set of beach and snorkeling gear, which made our trips to the shore super convenient and fun! Communication with Sid, the host, was smooth and effortless. He was always available to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and an unbeatable location, this is it! We can’t wait to return!

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Sid's condo. We know the area well and the location was perfect for us. The place was remarkably clean and well appointed. I stayed at this property with my husband, mother in law, and 7 year old son. This unit is exactly as pictured in the listing and more! It felt less like a rental and more like visiting a family member's spacious vacation home. Everything we could have needed for the pool and beach was provided for us and the location to everything in Kihei/ Wailea was perfect. The beds were incredibly comfortable, washer/dryer was a wonderful amenity to have, and the view from the lanai is tough to beat. This condo is amazing. Our favorite part was the views. We watched whales in the ocean from the deck every day of our stay. Not to take anything away from the property itself. It is updated, spacious, comfortable, and we were extremely happy to be staying there. There was also a great assortment of equipment to enjoy going to the beach, everything we needed. All parts of the booking, and check in process were smooth. Sid's communication was much appreciated.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The location was amazing and it was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the mini split a/c units in each space. The location was quiet and clean. The owner had the best communication that we have ever experienced. They take pride in their customer service and their condo. We will for sure stay here again. Without question, this was the best rental property experience ever, regardless of provider. We traveled from the east coast of the United States for our 1st Maui adventure and a gem of choice. 1. Outstanding accommodations: picture-perfect location, gorgeous spaces (bedrooms, kitchen, living room, rooftop patio), convenient parking, and much more. 2. Sid is a fantastic host, connecting with us early, was always available, and was very responsive to our questions, providing excellent recommendations, timely advice, and spot-on suggestions. The best recommendation we can give (it was a unanimous decision) is when we return to this beautiful island; we already know where we want to stay. With still much to see and do, there is no better place to base our operation.

Absolutely stunning views. Condo is 💯 as advertised and contains everything you need, chairs umbrellas, coolers, towels etc. we really enjoyed our stay and sunset views. We will come back here.
