The Mana Kai is an amazing property! The unit has some ugrades and items that are still dated. We have stayed several places in Maui and this location is still the best!!
Our family wanted a place right on the beach where we could enjoy great views and snorkeling. We got both! The space was comfortable and well equipped. we hope to return in the future!
Kihei is a nice, relaxed location and the Mana Kai reflects that. The location is great, the staff excellent.
My wife were extremely pleased with Mana Kai 607 a two bedroom two bath condo. The photographs show the room exactly as described with incredible views from the 6th floor balcony and being able to see the beach and ocean from the master bed. We were able to sleep with the slider doors sligtly opened and we could hear the waves coming ashore all night, very pleasant. The property is very clean and is located just South of Kihei and North of Wailea so lots of choices for resturants and services. We would recommend the property and would stay there again.The owners were very responsive to our questions via email.The unit could use a little love with some updates, but that did not damper our incredible experience! Laundry services are located right across the hall from the unit and were easy to use. Thanks for helping make our vacation relaxing and memorable.

This condo has the best views! The condo is a bit dated inside but it had everything we needed. The location was perfect. This is very easy for a family. I would say here again.
The condo is a little outdated but very comfortable. It had everything we needed. We have stayed at the Mana Kai before. We come for the convenience of the beach and the view from the condo ... we got both and were very happy with our stay.
This condo is located right across from the elevators (no noise issues) and laundry room (very convenient).
We made use of the heated pool and used the attached convenience store for the items we always seemed to forget. The bar and restaurant are still boarded up. Management said they ran into a few problems/delays
and are still hopeful to have it open by the end of the year (there was no work or noise whatsoever while we were there).

This was the perfect unit for our family. Clean and well stocked, we enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We appreciated the provided beach amenities (towels, chairs, umbrella, pool noodles etc) and the kids couldn't get enough of the boggie board. The view from the lanai cannot be beat and we enjoyed the views immensely. Rick was very accommodating and communicative when I had questions. We look forward to another visit in the future!
The view or the beach, mountains and ocean were amazing! The beach access was very nice. The beach has a little bit of everything you'd want.
