Great location with beach access and fantastic view and we really enjoyed our 12 days. Beds are really comfortable and the fans are very silent and working great to keep you cool at night. The Lanai is great to enjoy the view but there is nothing to be able to dry bathing suits and beach towels after a swim. Also there is no outside light on the lanai making it very challenging to be able to eat outside or play cards outside in the evening which is a pity. The kitchen is well furnished in general even if it is missing a few usefully items such as a vegetable peeler or a cork opener. Other than that the place is great with a lot of storage space. The down side is that they only supply beach towels once and we had to wash and dry them ourselves but there is no washing machine nor dryer in the unit and have to use the paying common laundry areas as after a few days at the beach the towels get sticky with the sea water.
This place was a disappointment! We stayed in a different unit last year for much less and it was a 5 star! This unit said it was newly remodeled and it needs a remodel! The carpets are stained to the point you are scared to walk, the couch is light colored and stained all over! The blinds in the front room are terrible, they are panels. The panels to separate the room isn't what you think, they are individual panels too. The showers are gross and need new tile and don't drain well, so any sand piles in a corner. This unit is also located at the very end away from the beach, so not towards the ocean. For the price you can find much better options! This is not the one. Mana Kai is nice, but not this unit. I would find one that they run directly too and it saves you money! We also only got one set of towels for 9 nights! So, 5 thin beach towels for 5 people for 8 beach days! We had to pay 6 per load to wash the towels for the beach and the shower!
Our stay was excellent! We loved this location, the amenities, the property itself! My perfect stays was punctual and professional and we will most certainly be booking again. Condo had pool chairs and umbrellas available to us (other beach items as well but we did not need) and that was so wonderful to have. The unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of supplies for our stay!
