Very nice condo. Well appointed, clean and comfortable for family of four. The beach is fantastic and very walkable all the way to the Wailea boardwalk. Sunsets are just beautiful. Grounds and pool seem to be well maintained. This condo complex is located adjacent to the public beach access so the area can get quite busy during peak beach times but we enjoyed the atmosphere with lots of families and people enjoying the area. If you are use to Kaanapali and the incredible convenience of the boardwalk, this will be a change. Unless your walking to Wailee on the beach, you will need to drive everywhere. There is a small store on sight, but for groceries and restaurants, you need to drive.

Excellent location. Beautiful view.
Asked for toilet paper. Couldn’t find it. Quick reply on location of toilet paper. Needed a roll of paper towel. Delivered next day. Needed Kleenex. Never received it.
