Amazing experience , great location , the appartement is clean, big and the terrace with the view was just perfect. great resort with friendly staff , the walking beach was just perfect as well.
Beautiful property! The unit had everything we needed for the week, was clean, and had amazing views. The location on the island was perfect - close to what we needed quickly, but not in the hustle and bustle of Kihei. Short drives to Haelakala and other destinations around Maui. Beautiful beach and grassy area at the property. We even swam with sea turtles right by the property! We happened to be there during the tsunami warning - luckily we had friends in Maui that took us in during the evacuation - but we never heard from the property manager about what to do. The tsunami ended up not being a threat after all and we were able to return to the unit, but it would have been nice to hear from Coldwell Banker about the precautions in the area.

Overall condo was great very clean and well stocked. We would have liked more beach towels and possibly an umbrella for the beach. I was expecting a true 2 bedroom condo not just dividers for the roomI would also say the communication was not the best when unit first bookedOverall, would recommend the location and building
Our stay was better than expected. We would normally stay in a hotel but wanted a kitchen (and two bathrooms was a plus as well). Placed a pick up order from wal mart before we even arrived on Maui and immediately had snacks and breakfast to last our whole stay. The condo and premises and beach were beautiful, safe and family friendly.Opening the balcony doors in the morning to a breathtaking view is something you’d have to pay way more for at a hotel. I would definitely go back.
We rented two condos at the Mana Kai Maui Resort for a week long stay. The resort is right on the beach and every condo has a view of the ocean. We have been to this resort several times and have never been disappointed. We had six of us in our part from age 14-83 and the rooms were well equipped to take care of the needs of everyone.
Nice place right on the beach. It’s better to just keep the master bedroom as part of the main room.
Wonderful apartment had everything we could need for a wonderful stay. Beautiful views and swimming beach right out the door. The pool was nice for a non sand swim. Convenient to have a shop right downstairs and the 10pm late checkout was so worth it for our evening flight. Would come again with no hesitation, loved the modern updates to the suite.
Location in southern Maui was great for exploring the entire island. Views were great and the beach at the property was excellent for swimming and snorkeling.
The layout is a bit different than I thought when booking. The second bedroom in on an outside hallway leading the occur keep the curtains shut throughout the stay.
Great unit in great location. Unit was as depicted, with ocean view and right on the beach. Very comfy bed. Communication with property manager was seamless and we got into the property early. The property was clean, but there were tiny ants in the kitchen/bathroom area. They were harmless but a bit annoying. Otherwise, perfect rental.
Perfect location with outstanding ocean views. The condo was well equipped and very clean. Our vacation was great and hope to return soon.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious and well stocked with what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was soft which we liked and the bedding towels and linens were good quality. More hotel style than older island style. The condo staff is outstanding and they keep the grounds immaculate and there is security to keep you safe. The grassy area is very nice the pool small but refreshing and the beach is one of the best on Maui.

We loved our stay here. The condo location was perfect. Relaxed, beautiful beach with great green space overlooking the beach under the palms if you wanted to be outside but not in the sand. Condo had everything we needed for a family of 5 adults/teens. Small store on the first floor was very convenient! The restaurant was closed for renovation during our stay, so can’t comment on that. This particular unit had a great view of the ocean and was very clean! Included beach towels & plenty of beach chairs to use during stay. Reserved parking spot in the lot was nice. Very convenient to shopping & restaurants in Wailea & Kihei, but in a less busy area. I definitely recommend staying here.
The location never disappoints. I was disappointed in the communication from the property manager. They did not get me my code or parking space. When I reached out there was no way to contact except a VM and an email. I did both and never received a response even after I had security help me at 9pm. They did get a response from the property manager and I was in my room by 10pm.
The condo itself was great. There was almost everything I could need. Maybe a Keurig instead of a coffee pot LOL
Overall, the unit met our expectations. The ocean front views were great, and the lanai provided a relaxing place to take in the relaxing atmosphere of the ocean.
Might have been beneficial for the unit to have a tray or rug to place shoes on in the entry way, prior to the living area entry.
