I looked into several homes before we rented this one. Our priorities were: (not in any particular order)
1. Walking distance to the beach, without crossing a street.
2. AC in all the rooms
3. Quiet/safe neighborhood
4. Clean & well-stocked
5. Big enough to have space to spread out
6.Family Friendly
* I docked a star because the ocean water was "murky" and we went 2 miles away to find "clear" water at Lakaina Beach. However, the beach was pretty vacant (5-10 families at any given time. Also, we didn't have access to park in the garage or play with the family board games to pass the time in the evening. We also requested a mid-stay cleaning which we didn't get but we also were "credited" for it. The next time I rent a house, I'll probably clarify those things in writing before I rent again!

This home is a true retreat. Where to start...The waterfall pool in the back yard made us feel like we had our own private lagoon! The furnishings are stunning as well!! So many fun days spent bqqing while running back and forth to the beach via the private beach access gate right in the back yard!! Such a fabulous location...cant say enough good things.

Highly recommend!!!!!! We will be back!
