Super cute and clean! We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every moment. The beds were comfy and large. There was a cute little welcome basket that greeted us. It was filled with coffee and hawaiian treats. Instructions from the owners were detailed and easy to follow. We appreciated being able to wash our laundry. There was air conditioners in each room. We set them to 72 when inside (as instructed) and that was plenty enough to keep comfortable. The house was prepared with all of the necessities. There were dishes, pans, silverware, towels, hand soap, dish soap, and even a blender! We used the snorkeling fins and left 4 sets of snorkeling goggles/masks behind for the next people. We recommend you use them :). The walk to the beach is short and Lava arch is nearby. Beautiful location, couldn't ask for more.

The location was perfect for me. The place was very clean and orderly and walking distance to Poipu Beach.
Everything was as expected for a small family rental (4-5 people). The beds were very comfortable. The free laundry was a big help. We appreciated the beach equipment and the easy beach access. It was EVERYTHING we needed for fun at the beach which was a 5-10min walk. Location was also convenient for Waimea Canyon and Koala Ziplines.
My boyfriend and I had the best time in Popui! The place is just a short walk or drive to the beach and near some amazing restaurants. When we arrived to the property there were cookies & chocolates set out as I was celebrating my birthday over our stay. Owners could not have been more welcoming or accommodating! Will definitely be back.
Really enjoyed the property with views, proximity to the beach and awesome shared beach gear which saved on rentals/purchase of gear we weren’t able to fly with, the house is comfy and a perfect size for a few people, would stay again.
Great amount of space and super close location to beaches. Walking distance to Brennecke’s beach and Poipu beach. Loved being so close to such an awesome beach.

This listing is super cute, has all the amenities that you need. The AC was great (shocking how many listings do not have AC). The location is also great! Short walk to the beach and a restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.
The view of the ocean from the deck is amazing. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to one of the best family friendly and fun beaches in Kauai. Great spot to stay if you want to snorkel and body board. There is great surfing as well. Also, an easy drive from the airport.

Easy drives to all points west and up to the Lihue area. Also, it's fantastic to not be in a resort development. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Laundry is a huge plus and snorkel supplies a thoughtful amenity. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Was a great little place to stay that overlooks Poipu beach. A quick walk to watch the turtles every morning/night and within walking to a number of good bites. The staff were super friendly and willing to give us tips on traffic times and when we should visit different parts of the island. Would definitely stay here again!

I would 100% book this again. It’s minutes from the best beaches and food on the island. Clean. Comfortable. Home away from home. The air conditioning was a huge plus.

Very functional, good location and views, came with some amenities (soap, shampoo, tp, etc) which was convenient, good communication with hosts. Works well for a couple or small family (two bedrooms but only one bathroom and no dishwasher).

Good location, 2 bedrooms, and AC. Full kitchen with most of what you need for cooking. Was also clean. Gear for the beach was fantastic including boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs etc. The not so great was it was missing some of the little things. No night stand on one bed side in either room. No lamp in one bedroom. No plugs for device charging near lone night stand in master bedroom. No dish rack to dry dishes. No dining table for eating. We huddled around the coffee table for meals. The furniture is low and bulky. Has a bar but only two bar stools which are huge. Could easily fit three smaller stools instead. No dish washer. No garbage disposal. No dish rags to wash dishes, did have sponge. Only one towel to dry dishes. I think just adding some of these amenities would change the review to 5 stars. It was a great vacation though and we really liked the location. We bought some of the things we needed to suit our needs, dish towels, extension cord etc.
