Makena Surf is a great place to stay, just a mile or so away from the major tourist areas. F-204 is fantastic (especially the panoramic view of the ocean), the beach is wonderful and never crowded, the pool is incredible, and we had everything we could need during our stay. If you want to be close to the tourist areas but not in the heart of it, this is the place. Maria is fantastic to work with! Hope to return!

Modern, spacious, and well equipped corner unit with ocean views on two sides. Two different beaches practically right out the door. Great for swimming and snorkeling. The host, Maria, was incredibly warm, responsive, and helpful--advising us on all the local spots. Looking forward to returning!
The best unit in the best condo complex on Maui. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

The condo has all the amenities you could need.
Breakfast on the lanai every morning is a must.
All of the snorkel boats come to the rocks below the condo. Popular spot to see turtles.
I recommend keeping shades pulled during the hot part of the day. The Master can feel a bit warmer than the rest of the condo.
The Makena Surf is in a perfect location near restaurants and shopping.
It’s a wonderful unit at McKenna Surf. Additionally, the property manager was Remely effective and attentive. My only disappointment was the softness of the bed and the master bedroom however, at the end of the day, I highly recommend this unit.
I have stayed at multiple locations throughout Maui and this is by far the best place I have stayed yet. Maria was great to work with and accomodated our every question. She is the best host we have worked with - ever!
The view from the condo is second to none. Molokini crater is so close! The sunsets were beautiful.
The condo is well stocked with everything you need to compliment your stay. The condo is very clean and the furniture is comfortable. You can open the entire sliding doors adjacent to the living room and let the trade winds fill the air or if you get too warm, you can close them and utilize the AC.
The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I agreed the bed is more comfortable than the bed we currently sleep on.
We mostly hung out and walked to the (uncrowded) beach below to swim and snorkel. Turtle Town is directly below the condo and I counted 7 turtles on one of my many snorkel excursions.
We ate out for dinner every night and did not eat at the same place twice. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes to choose from.
Lots of room for parking and it is nice the property is gated. We felt safe the whole time we were there.
I can't say enough about the greatness of this property, Maria, and her band of managers. It is truly a gem and we can't wait to return.

The kitchen is beautifully stocked! Alls you need are you favorite foods!
The layout and furnishings are beautiful and so comfortable! The owners even left restaurant ideas!

Beautiful corner property facing south, almost over the water, simply spectacular. Super clean house and almost every kitchen utensil you would ever need. A/C worked well, very quiet neighbors, super maintained property, very safe property, need either gate code or key card to be admitted to the property. Will rent again, next time we are in Wailea/Makena!
