This beautiful unit was perfect in every way! Very clean.Welcome gift of wine and Maui chocolates. Kitchen well stocked with equipment & condiments, amazing ocean views, lovely gardens,easy access to the beach, 2 pools, work out room, tennis courts. Snorkeling at the beach was great and with many turtles.The host was so helpful, friendly and easy to contact.we will definitely stay here again. Bonnie
we had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo. The condo is just up a gradual ramp from the beach and the kids enjoyed being out in the water the whole trip. The condo has a gorgeous view of the water and a modern and clean feel. We appreciated the good communication and support from the owner along the way. Had a great time in Maui!
Well it was my kids first trip to Hawaii and this place and the host - Beth- made it AMAZING. Check in was easy and welcoming. The place was perfect, family friendly and kitchen was stocked with everything I needed, even a rice cooker- score! The fabulous place was spacious and comfortable with a gorgeous view. My kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. We saw 13 turtles at the beach, magical. Honestly we will only stay here when we come back to Maui. Thank you Beth for being a spectacular host and having your place be so perfect!

What an amazing space. The gigantic, quiet lanai and amazing view made every day magical. The location is fantastic and beach access is easy. No crossing of roads. Highly recommend. Thank you!
This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit and we love it. The views are the best with the full wall of glass on two sides of the living room and dining area. We watched activity at the beach and looked for whales, if we weren't on the beach itself. We hope to stay a 3rd time!

Big place for 4 people, nice large bathrooms, equipped kitchen, all the toys and beach gear you’ll need, laundry room, beautiful views, and clean.
Cons (none that would prevent us from staying again):
Lounge chairs could be higher and more comfortable, beds and pillows were a little lumpy and squeaky, and the stereo system was too difficult to figure out (bring a portable speaker).
This is our second trip with my three kids. This is a unique and wonderful property. Perfect for families!
Our family had another lovely stay at Makena Surf! This corner-unit condo is very spacious and well-appointed with great views. We enjoyed snorkeling every morning and playing pickleball every afternoon. Looking forward to our next visit!
This property had a great view and was very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked. I wish there had been more than one deck of cards and some games as we had a rainy day!

This condo is fabulous with everything you need for a perfect stay on Po'olenalena Beach. It is a 60 second walk from the front door to the sand. Views from the huge wrap around lanai are superb. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy. Showers are fantastic. The host is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the poke at Tamura's Liquor Stroke (yeah, I know, trust me), shaved ice at Ululani's, Tin Roof, and dinner at Nick's Fishmarket, Be warned that prices in Maui are much higher than the used to be, but that is no one's fault. After several stays in Maui we finally did the road to Hana for the first (and last) time.
Overall, highly recommend Makena Surf C-201 for a perfect beach holiday in Maui.
The condo is very lovely and perfect for two adult couples. We like the low density, landscaping and great beach with Makena Surf. This condo is well equipped with all the kitchen equipment, beach chairs, towels, etc. as well as lanai furniture to enjoy the view. There were good communications with the owner in regards to some unforeseen issues and I would definitely recommend this condo.
