I had an incredible time at this house! The check-in process was super easy, and the home itself is huge with tons of natural light. I especially loved the backyard — and the views were amazing: both the one out front of Lanai and the stunning mountain views behind the house. It felt very private, safe, and was in a really convenient location. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.Thank you to the whole team for a beautiful stay — highly recommended!

Such a lovely surprise. Sean & Magda are great hosts and were able to accommodate me last minute! The home is spacious and perfect for our group. One of my favorite things about the home was going down to the orchard and picking fresh citrus - lemons, limes, grapefruit, oranges! We could even watch the whales from the hot tub!
Beautiful- Spacious- gated home with pool and hot tub, and many citrus trees for picking fresh fruit!We had fresh avocados, oranges, bananas, and tangerines at our fingertips ! The view was incredible, amazing sunsets and we saw many humpback whales! The house was clean and well stocked for our stay . Would definitely recommend this home !

Our stay was wonderful at the estate. We enjoyed fruit orchard and picked some fruits everyday. Each outdoor sitting arrangement was so lovely that our family didn't want to get out of home. This is an amazing property that comfortably suits up to 10 people. There was plenty of room to spread out, play games, enjoy the pool and meals together as a family. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was packed with anything you would need to pull off an amazing meal. The absolute star of the show however was how the property welcomed in the vistas - it is situated in a beautiful location with stunning ocean and mountain views, especially at sunrise and sunset. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was OK but not quite as expected. There is a view of the ocean but only if you’re standing up. The hedge should be lowered in order to see the view. The owner has locked what we think is a pantry so we had no where to store our dry food. We had to use a corner of the kitchen to stack everything. Very tacky for what we paid and it looked ridiculous. We have rented homes on the island before so we are well of the bug situation. However, what we weren’t prepared for was several tack strips throughout the home with one in the living area with a dead rat on it. Our 3 year old found it as we were watching the T.V. Also, there was not at vacuum. We only found a small dust buster that didn’t work because it was missing a filter. I don’t think the Ohana or guest house was represented correctly. It was quite a distance from the house and a little inconvenient. Every other home we rented has been right next to the home or attached. The rental agency was very responsive when we had issues which we appreciated. I feel we would not rent this house again but I would recommend this home to others as long as they were aware of my concerns.

We had a wonderful vacation with a fantastic location and home. However, if I had to mention something comparing to the 3 other homes we stayed in the same area in the past, it would be the fact that this house is old, and despite the great location, the hedge on the other side of the swimming pool and the wooden fence with some plants are blocking the beautiful view, which is unfortunate.

It is a beautiful villa set in a nice and quiet location and yet very close Lahaina, Kaanapali and many other beaches and amenities. We all love the pool,, the Sap, the ground and the orchard. However a few thing were missing which could have made ouyr vacation more peasant:We were told at the time of booking that heating the pool will cost $200 per day but when we asked to heat the pool we were told it will be $300 per day - no if and buts. There were two umbrella-stands beside the pool but there were no umbrellas for a bit of shade for the kids. Outdoor dinning chairs, most of them had no cushions and thus very hard for sitting for 2 to 3 hours for lunch and dinners. There were a very few or no hangers in the closets. Sliding doors in the main villa were very hard to slide - they need some oiling or cleaning. Light outside the Gust Cottage stayed on all night thus making it difficult to sleep in one of the rooms. Parts of the lawn were always wet and muddy and so when the kids came back after running around, their shoes will be all muddy and we. There were lots of bugs and critters in both the houses and not very clean.These are honest feedback to help you make the villa more attractive so please take them in that context.

Best of everything in this house...amazing, relaxing views with access to good walks and hikes. Sat back and watched whales jump all day...can't complain. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need and hosts were super responsive and helpful.

Very quiet on a residential street, with excellent privacy. We were lucky as the citrus trees on the property were producing excellent fresh fruit that we enjoyed. The pool is the perfect size to enjoy and the sunsets out the back windows were tremendous.

The property was lovely, from the fruit trees and the yard and pool to the expansive interior. It was perfect for cooking large meals, relaxing poolside, and taking in the sunset, and the kids were endlessly entertained by the pool, games, and giant yard. This house and grounds were absolutely perfect for celebrating our 40th anniversary with our family of 9(soon to be ten!). The house couldn’t have been better equipped for 8 adults and 3 littles ( 5, 4, 2) . Also well equipped for beach excursions. Ten minutes to Lahaina for boat excursions and 15-20 to Kaanapali and Kapalua. Nice to come back to beautiful pool relax, and watch sunset after dining on beautiful lanai. Magnificent!
I had my son and Daughter along with each of their families for a total of nine people.
The house was perfect. Great pool and hot tub. We all had a fantastic trip in part because of this place we stayed at!
The property is great and the checkin process was easy.
We loved the location and the pool and spa. We did not use one of the bedrooms which adjoins the master bathroom. This would be ideal for a child but I think maybe why 8 people is a maximum even though there are technically 5 bedrooms.

Beautiful view on a huge lot. Great pool/spa. The house is spacious enough for a large family or two small families. We had a great time and look forward to coming back in the future.
Our stay at this Launiupoko property was a great experience. It was our first family reunion with our adult children since Covid and it was important to us to have a special place to stay. Importantly, the house and grounds were as described in VRBO and we were pleased with many aspects. Some highlights for us were:
1. Ample space and bedrooms for our party of 8
2. Clean
3. Good beds and bedding
4. Fantastic outdoor space with pool, jacuzzi, dining area, grill, abundant tropical fruit trees, and amazing sunsets
5. Convenient access to restaurants/shops/marina in Lahaina and Kaanapali.
6. Close to beautiful west Maui beaches for snorkeling/surfing.
7. Well equipped kitchen stocked with basics that you will need.
8. Good HVAC - cools well and in reasonable time when afternoon sun heats up the house.
9. Very secure in quiet neighborhood with gated access
We have stayed in VRBO properties throughout the world and overall this is one of the best homes we have stayed in. Kudos to the management team.
