The house was perfect for our trip. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, utensils, grilling tongs, coffee maker, rice cooker toaster. Location is great! Having 5 bathrooms was wonderful!
The location and overall size and quality of the place were excellent and I would happily return for a future visit. We had a small glitch with the door code for check-in but there was an alternative solution provided ASAP. The house had everything we needed for cooking, comfort, and outdoor recreation that helped out so much! Having all relevant information accessible though the App was very helpful!
The property is beautiful. Everything you need for the beach is supplied (in the garage). Kitchen is top of the line. We cooked several breakfasts and used the grill for dinners. I would stay here again!

Our family of 10 adults greatly enjoyed this beautiful home. The amenities were excellent. We especially appreciated the well stocked beach gear, 2 dishwashers, 2 laundry areas, the amazing lanai and perfect location. The house is as described. We will be back. Mahalo
We went with our parents, and our sister and her family and the house was great. The location is easy walking to great snorkeling, beach, shopping,etc. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to have some private space but large common areas for us to hang out. The garage has all the beach needs. Laundry machines in the house made keeping up with that convenient. We loved our stay.
House was very clean, spacious providing lots of private space, we spent the majority of time on the porch enjoying the ocean views and sunset. Well equipped kitchen and bedding was very comfortable. We would come back! Mahalo to the homeowners!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. All of our family commented on how the house and its location were perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the two dishwashers were very handy for our party of 9. We most certainly recommend this property.
Our group of friends had a great Thanksgiving weekend stay! The house was comfortable, in a perfect location right across from the ocean and walking distance to a wonderful beach. The beds were comfortable, there was enough parking and we appreciated the beach supplies and pack n'play that was available. Can't wait to get back to Kauai!
What a great house to relax with family. Literally across the street from the ocean, within easy walking distance to several beautiful resorts, easy drive to Koloa and Poipu for restaurants, shopping and events. The layout of the house was perfect for 3 couples with two toddlers. Property management was first class, very responsive and helpful. Free concierge service helped us secure tickets and passes to make our stay even more memorable. Mahalo to the Remax Kauai team!
We had an excellent time- it was a surprise birthday trip for my husband and his mother (turning 40 and 70, respectively), and we brought the whole family (and a few friends) for some fun in the sun. The home was perfectly located close to beaches, shipping and restaurants, and the accommodations were perfect for the 10 of us. We could not have asked for a better stay. Everything was seamless. Thank you so much- we will cherish the memories from this trip. Mahalo!
We had a wonderful stay! Huge house with plenty of space for 10 people. We never felt crowded. Walking distance to shopping, beaches, and restaurants. Highly recommend!!
Beautiful home, comfortably fit our party of 10. Large lanai to relax, gather and enjoy the ocean view. Had all the amenties we needed. Great location.
There were nine of us with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms so everyone had their own room and bathroom. A few things need to be addressed with the stove and dishwasher but was able to work around them.
Honestly one of the best places I have ever stayed visiting the Hawaiian Islands, beach house was located in the perfect spot and covered all needs and then some, would go back to same location anytime!
Great front porch, great location
This is a beautiful house in a great location, exactly as shown in the photos. It was well-stocked with paper goods and each bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and a hairdryer. There are two laundry centers, one in the downstairs primary bedroom and one upstairs in the den area, both with plenty of detergent. The location is great, a short drive or nice walk to Poipu Beach with great snorkeling. We spent lots of time turtle watching on the rocks just across the street from the house. If you don't feel like cooking, the Holoholo Grill at the Koloa Landing resort just behind the house has takeout food and cocktails. I had the downstairs back bedroom and was a little worried about being so close to the resort, but I didn't hear any noise at all, even when they had a wedding there on our last night.
Very impressive house, was great for the 5 couples in our family. Perfect location within walking distance of beaches and shopping/restaurants. Remax was very responsive to our questions/needs. Would definitely stay here again. My highest recommendation for a family that needs up to 5 bedrooms and baths!
This house is the prefect location with a 5 minute walking distance from the Sheraton beach or Poipu beach. Sunsets every night from our house. Walking distance to shopping centers. Remax was easy to talk to and responded the same day. So happy with our stay and can’t wait to return to the same house again with my family of 10.
House was beautiful and nicely appointed. Huge kitchen was great for big number helping cook meals. Appreciated the large refrigerator and two dishwashers.
Layout is great with plenty of bathrooms and places for family to spread out. Loved the location that was within walking distance of shops and beaches.
Lanai was great with plenty of seating area for eating. Spent a lot of our time just hanging out there.
Property was in good condition with all the foreseen amenities. Great location on the South Shore.
