I would not rent this place from AvantStay ever again! There was suppose to be a grill and there was no grill. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was a 1 out of 5. We lost water one day and the next day we woke up to no hot water. Both times I had to call and try to contact someone and it took them half a day to respond to me. The main bedroom on the main floor has no walk in closet like it shows. Its locked and you cant get in it! Absolutely would not work with me on any kind of a late check out. One or two hours, something would of helped but they kicked us out at 11am! False advertising, horrible customer service, and a little better cleaning of the bathrooms would do wonders.
