Every year my two sons and I stay at this condo, and we absolutely LOVE it! It truly feels like our home away from home. Vanessa is always so easy to reach and goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs.On our most recent trip, my youngest son wasn’t feeling well, and Vanessa kindly allowed us a late checkout so he could rest before our flight—something I was so grateful for. She also always gives us wonderful ideas of things to do with the boys, which makes our trips extra special.We feel so blessed to be able to return here year after year. Terrible even the bathroom rug had hair and lint all over them. Disheartening and anger when first walking in . I did report the conditions to Vrbo Vanessa duct the calls and emails, until the day before it was time to leave. Bathroom sink was told a clog there was roach dust under the refrigerator leading into the kitchen
We enjoyed our stay, great views. Great value for Oahu. Communication was excellent with the host!
space was newly renovated, location is in a huge condo near the beach. there are flocks of peacocks that live in the condo property which are very noisey and seem to make their noise at all hours of the nights. There is also a bus that comes at all hours and has to reverse in front of the parking lot and very loud beeping which wakes u up in the middle of the night and wee hours of the morning.
I enjoyed this place a lot. Smooth check in and check out. The parking lot was the best part due to all the beautiful peacock birds roaming around. It was nice staying on the west side of the mountain. Renting a car is a definitely must to stay here as I was gone most of the time exploring the island. Carpet could get replaced to make the apartment nicer but I enjoyed my stay. Had all the amenities needed.
The manager was to busy partying at Waiamea to check us in and rug felt dirty we wore socks but the property was nice.
The room was dirty. The couch legs were broken. There was dirty laundry left over from the last guest. I asked if they had beach chairs they reply yes there are 2 in the closet. They were both broken and rusted. The carpets were stained. The draps were held up with a rubber band. I should be receiving a refund on this location.
First the good - this place has an amazing view, great location for exploring the west coast of Oahu, super comfortable bed, wonderful pool BBQ area. However, our very short stay was extremely bumpy - starting with a poor check in process where our names hadn’t been sent ahead of time and the folks from the towers were not particularly helpful even though the host had sent info a few minutes later it still took about an hour to finally get in to the unit after first arriving at the gate and being denied entry. Then the next morning the water was shut off for the building containing our unit for the entire day. Unsure if the host was aware this was planned for the day or not, but we were not informed before checking in that it was going to happen and were not able to shower or clean up before heading to the airport which was not ideal. If our stay had been longer either might not have been a major issue, but as it was it was pretty frustrating especially as I was traveling with my two young daughters.
The room has a beatiful view and was very clean. However the room is outdated and needs a complete makeover. The photographer did a wonderful job hiding the deteriorated paint, carpet, rusted bathroom and delaminating tub. The condo's landscape is well maintained but the overall building clearly shows its age. Suspect from the 70's. The neighborhood where you access the beaches have significantly declined with obvious drug issues and homelessness problems making you feel vulnerable and unsafe. The comdo does have 24 hr security and did provide a high level of safety while inside the compound gates.
Apartment complex very nice and clean but apartment 1040 the one we stayed need TLC and CLEANING what’s on listing pictures and real it’s way off definitely needs new Garbag,bathroom towels, new kitchen utensils what’s in there dirty rusty and smell Awful.Overall it’s ok
Things we loved: the view was phenomenal! Loved our morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony. Good use of space. Comfy bed and lots of hot water and pressure in the shower. Lots of towels etc.The grounds are very well maintained. Pool and bbq area are great. Vanessa communicates well through direct messaging not Vrbo.Things we didn’t love: apartment needs some tlc and updating but does not affect the overall experience…and the carpets need to go lol Would we stay here again? Yes we definitely would.

Best yet, beautiful grounds in a lush valley. Close to the boat harbor and beautiful beaches. Very relaxing, many quiet get always and Sunsets that inspire. Thank you!
Despite this property being off the main road, it is absolutely terrible with the noise level. There is a bus route that runs along the road to this property. It stops in front of the property and then the bus cannot make the turn so 2 to 3 times an hour it backs up, and this happens all night long- and you hear beep beep beep as it backs up all night long! there are also roosters that crow and peacocks that scream all night long - I hardly slept The actual unit definitely needs some tender, loving care. The route to the condo has numerous homeless encampments beach after beach.
Enjoyed our stay! Property was clean, quiet, accessible and a great location to launch off from on this side of the island!

Our stay was great. Easy check-in and check-out, beautiful condo with friendly staff. Keep in mind that the place is very far from the city center. We knew this when we chose it, and we based our itinerary on the north side of the island, and then we rented another place to visit the Waikīkī area and the city center, which is quite far from this one. For those who have trouble sleeping, the air conditioning is quite noisy, but for us it wasn't a problem, we always arrived very tired and would fall asleep. In windy weather it is also quite noisy, due to the height of the floor. And all the bars and places to eat in this area close very early, around 8 pm. It has a beautiful balcony with a view of the mountains and the sea (and also of the pool).
The place is located outside the Waikiki, however it was mentioned in the offer. The road goes nearby sketchy beaches but the building is located in safe and peaceful area.
Property was clean and the window view was stunning.
Check in process seemed a little bit long but it went extremely smooth. All instructions were provided and were easy to follow.
Overall experience was great,highly recommend this place. Good value to the price
This time share condo has nice grounds and I am sure the condition of other rooms are great but stay away from 1024 the owners have not kept it up. There's no place to put your bags but on the floor it's a small condo and poorly stocked such as no bath clothes or hand towels but beach towels in all the drawers. It has a broken dresser for a TV stand and all the drawers are full of towels...no room to put your clothes.
The complete area for miles each way up down the beach is inundated with homeless tents and the entire neighborhood is run down...very poor!
Will NEVER come back here!
The location, stay and everything was good.
However, the host gave us a different apartment number than what she provided to the security that led to check-in issues. The security said that it is a recurring issue with the host. I hope they come to an agreement.
Stay was for only 4 days, short and sweet. Enjoyed the morning coffee and evening beverages on the lanai. Host forgot to communicate my check in instructions but once we made connection, things went better. The place was OK but I knew that ahead of time. The rugs covering the carpet were more of a tripping hazard. Has to reach out to host for check out instruction the morning of depart and lucky all that was needed was for us to empty the trash. We had to ask where to throw out trash after circling the entire property as there were no instructions. Property management was very helpful and friendly the entire time.
While the condo is okay, in a decent location and comfortable, the communication from the host is almost non existent. I inquired about check-in instructions two days before my stay and got a reply one day before my stay. The host then neglected to properly notify the security gate of my arrival, so check-in turned into a 20 minute back and forth process. The pool, which is prominently pictured in the listing had been closed for a week and remained closed for my stay... all without any communication from the host. Because of the nature of the ocean in the area this time of year, having the pool available was an important consideration. I thought the option to cancel and choose other accommodations would have been fair. Got zero replies to questions I sent the host.
The condos are ready to get to. Place was perfect for our stay! Super ready check-in. Absolutely beautiful views!! My husband and I had a wonderful stay!
Overall we enjoyed our stay but somethings wrong with the ac unit. Most nights i slept without a blanket and i was up like every 20 minutes or so. I had to open up the doors to the balcony.
I forgot how the peacocks got in the mornings all i could do was smileconice.
Do not stay here, room was dirty when we came in. Contacted our host Vanessa Bruneau about it asking for a refund for the cleaning fee since it was dirty when we arrived. Was told no sorry I already paid my cleaning lady. Ac does not keep the place cool. And you have to drive this rough/sketchy part of town to get to this place.

This studio was as advertised. The views are stunning and it is on a quieter side of the island, but if you plan on doing a lot of touristy things, it is about an hour drive away from everything. I also wish the pillows would have been better!

Like the location. I was looking for something away from the business of Waikiki and this was perfect! Loved the views of the mountains and ocean, and the very friendly staff. The peacocks were a bit noisy during the early hours of the morning, but nothing that bothered us that much
