Really enjoyed our stay...sunsets where awesome and was far enough away to enjoy the island in a serene way.
Beautiful condo with an amazing view. It has everything you need for cooking. Keep in mind that there is no AC, so you’re going to sleep with the sounds of the waves…Mahalo, we had a wonderful week in it.
we are boring people who just like a quiet beach without all the tourist thrills and frills. we loved the unit and the beach! yes, this community has a lot of homeless! if that is something that you are not accustomed to seeing or that makes you nervous, choose another location.

Beautiful view and we really enjoyed that. The bed was aged and not very comfortable and pillows were old as well, slightly stained yellow bedding is primary and should be upgraded We like that the building had security because area was questionable and lots of homeless encampments.
We had a wonderful time at this property. The condo was very clean and the communication with the owner was prompt and always positive. The condo has everything you would need to have a relaxing time on a semi-private beach that is beautiful. The property is located in a remote location of the island that very much appealed to us. There is a full grocery story located just to the south of the property. If you want the convenience of upscale restaurants and shopping, you should stay in the city. If you want to experience the lifestyle of the locals, this is your place. We enjoyed the food trucks, talking to the residents of the property and the peace and quiet that this condo has to offer. We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Such a great place to stay. Far away from town which is great. We wanted somewhere private and quiet. Oahu was small enough we get to drive everywhere, everyday. The private beach was a huge plus. Practically having the whole beach to ourselves. The property was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was lovely, nice finishes.The view was spectacular, right on a nice beach but a steep shore break that was challenging to swim. The disappointment was the neighborhood, which is rather shabby with an astounding number of homeless. Not a lovely place for a vacation.
View was great sunsets were amazing water is clean no garbage floating around ,the security guards and staff were cool guys,other residents varied in attitude toward you but most were pleasant,parking was easy and the condo amenities are very nice.For future guests learn how to operate the front windows and you wont need AC.A few negitives thou the beach has a mean undertoe becareful,there are alot of homeless around but for the most part they are harmless other than yelling profanity at each other in the early mornings also was not informed of construction on the beach side they were very noisy the first 3 days of the week and for future guest's its a 2yr project.Bed matress is like a futon not very comfortable,watch the fan blades in the bathroom,bugs and geckos get in because the front door it needs a new seal around it no big deal.The sound of waves is nice for sleeping again when the bums are not fighting.Food is great and everywhere dont listen to the other crybaby reviews but road construction can put you behind if you have plans.Dont get me wrong for the most part this is a really nice place and location. We had a spectacular time,the things i listed are minor and some can be easily solved or ignored the price should be prorated based on whats going on around the condo at the time of booking.Honesty about what is happening around there goes a long way at least with me.Thank you Adam and Jill i will definitely consider another vacation at your place.

The view is amazing. Just a few steps away from the beach. It is a bit away from the crowded heart of Oahu. But with your car everything you need is just 5 minutes away. Concerning the missing AC, if you open both sided windows you get a quite good breath. The only downside was the bed, which was bit of old und the mattress had its best days gone. The floor also a bit of dirty. But beside of this it was a nice stay
Exactly what we wanted. Non-touristy, local, very relaxing, semi-private beach with great snorkeling. The icing on the cake was being able to snorkel with sea turtles.
Amazing view of the coast. Fall asleep to the breaking waves. Sitting and eating on the lanai cannot be beat. A great way to wrap up our trip to the islands!
Easy to find and very clean. No AC however the ocean breeze is wonderful and in Sept. we were fine without AC. The beach and view are gorgeous! Plenty of parking, kitchen was great, loved the balcony!

The condo is in great shape - nicely upgraded. The views from the balcony were beautiful! The only issue is the neighborhood. We like to explore where we are staying and didn't feel safe walking around outside of the complex, during the day or night. Unfortunately there are quite a few homeless encampments nearby. Luckily, the beach is semi-private and we felt safe on the beach, right outside of the condo.
My fault for not making sure there was AC. The beach there is amazing, a great place to swim. amazing view. Mico fiber sheets for a hot room was not working for me. one roll toilet paper and one trash bag. If you need more bring some as I could not find any extra. bath towels clean but smelly. They do have fans which helped.
The condo was stunningly beautiful with an amazing view. The beach was nearly empty and just few steps away from the condo. The condo contained everythig we needed and a little bit more. We highly recommend it!
We rented the unit for a week stay on Oahu. The unit accomidated myself, husband and two daughters 5 and 13. The unit overall was great. The beach view every morning over coffee topped the list. The unit was very clean with updated kitchen and bathroom. The Lanai was great with a bar for eating/drinking while people watching and enjoying the scenery. We really enjoyed having all beach equipment readily available. Saved us a lot and made our beachbl days great. Two lounge chairs, small icechest, sand toys, boogie board and plenty of snorkel gear. Communication was quick and easy. Many people dont visit the west side as much which is understandable with the large homeless population however, we were only met with aloha from everyone. The beach for this unit is very private and we had no issue's. Having lived on oahu for 4 years, in 2010, we were excited to be back.we will definitely be back to stay for our next visit.

We loved this place! Everything about the cabanas is geared toward the beach- chairs, umbrella, nice lainae, constant breeze. We saw several turtles and lots of fish snorkeling. Nice sand. Great for a family. Yes, it is in a grittier area and I wouldn’t walk around the neighborhood alone at night, but I always felt safe on the beach with my girls. Couldn’t ask for more at this price!
This property has the most amazing view from the Lanai! This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen and it is deserted most of the day.The sand is luxurious and pristine. We very much enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient to beaches, hikes, restaurants and snorkeling with the dolphins and turtles!
The surrounding area is filled with homeless at beach front locations - The owners need to replace the bed mattress as we both couldn't sleep a GOOD NIGHT'S REST even though ocean waves are in the background - My reason for a 4 in cleaniness this is a beach front property - All other accomodatons within the Condo were EXCEPTIONAL

patio/deck and simi private beach. Very quiet. They provide everything you could need for beach and water fun. We did bring our own binoculars and were glad we did. Would have liked shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower.
The view of the beach and the beach itself were amazing. The neighborhood and restaurant choices that were really close to the place were not great. Also, the condo did not have air conditioning - which we noticed when we entered the unit. The listing does not indicate air conditioning - which I realized after the fact, but it seems odd to me that air conditioning would not be included in a residence in Hawaii.

My brother and I were fortunate to stay at this wonderful property. We were on Oahu for a stressful family event and this place turned out to be the perfect respite.
We decompressed while drinking coffee on the deck and watching the ocean and occasional sea turtles swimming by in the surf. The view is incomparable and more beautiful than the photos show. Plus, it's void of the noise and craziness of tourists so easily found in other places around the island. I didn't know a place list this could exist on Oahu . . . let alone so close to Honolulu and Waikiki.
There was a minor glitch getting into the unit, but Adam was wonderfully responsive and had things taken care of in a timely manner.
My brother said the bed was comfortable. I slept on the futon sofa bed and it was also comfortable. Nice and firm.
The family event we came for was a less-than-stellar experience, but it was greatly offset by the opportunity to stay in this lovely unit.
Right on the beach! Small but comfortable and clean. Always a nice breeze. No AC needed. We had a small problem checking in but owner was quick to make it right. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
