Get away from the busy life…. Sit back enjoy the sound of the waves …. Sand between you toes…. Watch turtles swim by… nice drive to north shore, Dole plantation and the macadamia nut farm.
Great space. Being first floor let’s one step over onto sand. Right there. Water little rough but swimmable. Great duvets. Close to few reasonable priced markets. Good beach toys. If focus is sand. Beach relaxation thus got you. Not ton of restaurants right there but 20 minutes snd you’re at Ko Olina Owners very communicative and recondite. Great time
The west side is where all the homeless of Honolulu are allowed to stay. Camps every ware. Smell was bad.
Can't beat the Lani right onto the beach.
This property is great! Its away from the crowds and high costs of Honolulu. You are truly experiencing Island life with the Hawaii locals. The best thing about this property is that you open the bedroom sliding glass door and you are on the beach!! I had to sweep the patio almost everyday due to the sand getting on it!! That was great! Also the beach is never crowded, it sits infront of two condo buildings and can only be accessed from the walkway to it and there isn't much public parking, maybe space for 4 cars. This keeps the beach from getting crowded. In the morning I had coffee on the patio and watched Sea Turtles swim by on their way to the feeding grounds. Everyday we saw turtles!! Having a full kitchen helps in Hawaii to save money as it can be costly to eat on the island every meal. I hope to return when my company sends me back!
Property was just as described, location great, not touristy. Perfect for making day trips to explore the island. The beach was awesome and not crowded, the laundry facilities simple and inexpensive, and the booklet with condo instructions and local info was very helpful. So happy we found this rental!
Well stocked with everything you need
This was a perfect condo for beach lovers like us. It is super easy to go to the ocean right from the condo. We knew that getting a condo in the makaha area means spending some extra time on getting groceries but it hasn't prevented us from exploring the entire island as Oahu is not that large when you get a car. The condo itself features very nice TV's and fast internet, our host was very responsive to any of our needs during the stay.
Real nice property. Great to be able to drink coffee and have breakfast on the lani . Very safe gated parking area.
