Amazing place for me and my partner! It was clean, cozy, and very close to the beach. Perfect location for people wanting to explore. The place was very nice and had everything we needed. The host was on top of communication, gave us many places to go explore, made check in/check out very clear, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this place!!

The place was great! Loved the open air windows and jungle feel. Very nice location for getting to a great snorkeling beach, shopping, and restaurants.
Studio was clean very Hawaiian and close to all beach, down town and shopping. Property was nicely kept and the area had a quite and in a nice residental area, yet near all. Issac was great to work with espically with some special requests we had.It was great having the beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boggie boards ect to use at the beach. We would definitely stay here again Aloha Thanks Issac for being a great host. :)
The room I stayed in for the night was great & very spacious! However, I did find the bathroom/shower rather odd as the window of the bathroom was visible from the hallway. I could see the front door of another room which I would assume should someone be entering or leaving that room they could easily see into the bathroom.
It was a great homey place, ideal for two, close to the water.
Very nice place overall. Good location, accurate description in the listing. We both had good nights sleeping which was the most important thing. It cooled off nicely every night with the big Louvered windows facing the ocean, but with that you get some road noise and the frog noise.

Really enjoyed my 9 night stay here. Check-in process was very easy and accommodating. My room was very clean and had a host of extra amenities which were very helpful for a trip to Hawaii (beach towels, extra towels, soaps, sheets, coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards etc). It was easy to tell that this property has received plenty of attention and care over the years.This property is in an ideal location near two beaches and not far from town in a quiet neighborhood. It also has easy access to the highways nearby. This means that it is also possible to hear the ocean at night which was amazing. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and would happily choose to stay here again in the future.
The host was extremely helpful and kind. He provides fun equipment for the beach for families, as well as other things to share with other tenants. It’s a great spot by the beaches, and a cute little home to stay in. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we were to visit again.
We really enjoyed the placement of the property. It's within walking distance of 2 beaches and close driving distance to a shopping mall with all you could need. It was nice to come back to a calmer area at the end of the day after visiting the busier ones. I was glad we rented a vehicle to get around the island, but there is a convinent hourly bus that stops near the property and goes all the way to the Kona airport if you don't mind adjusting your schedule on it. The place was nice and clean, and the host was super helpful with suggesting places to see and things to do during our stay. Also very easy to contact and responsive. The place was well ventilated and felt cool with the ceiling fan on. I would definitely recommend!
Check in was super easy. Isaac is a great communicator. Photos of unit are accurate. Plenty of room for a couple. No A/C but room remained extremely comfortable with blinds and windows opened.
Great location. Easy walk either to Magic Sands Beach for swimming/meal/drinks or to Kahalu’u Beach Park for snorkling. So happy Isaac provided beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and snorkling equipment.
Previous, reviews about road noise left me concerned. My husband and I stayed from a Saturday to a Tuesday. Yes, we could hear road noise during day but it was not very loud. Did not notice road noise at all during night while sleeping. Roosters on other parts of island are much noisier! Did not hear any roosters at this location.
My stay was quiet and uneventful, host was great. If you get your curly hair straightened, don’t stay here. I totally missed that air conditioning wasn’t an amenity. Totally my fault.

My daughter and I loved our stay. The unit was immaculate and exactly as described. Loved hearing frogs and birds outside our window! Walking to Magic Sands Beach at sunrise was truly magical. We were only able to stay 2 nights but wished it was a longer visit!
Our stay on the Big Island was very comforting. The Vrbo place we stayed was clean and great location. We also had the opportunity to meet with the owner, Isaac, very nice gentleman. We plan on going back to the Big Island again. MAHALO!
I love this location, close to the beaches for sand and snorkeling. This property is comfortable, clean, exactly as presented, and Isaac is a friendly helpful host. I'll be hoping to stay here again next time I visit the Big Island.

The stay was pleasant and calm. We enjoyed the stay as it is closer to beach. The host is very friendly and helpful. The host also has stash of utilities that you can use for the beach visits like snorkeling equipment and beach mats.
We found this a great location to get almost anywhere. Amenities were excellent. Great outdoor sitting. Fantistic landlord. Very very clean unit to stay in. Really enjoyed the friendly chickens and the 2 ducks(names-Goose and Duck Duck . Met us everytime we showed up) Advise people that this is a fantastic spot
This was a great location for me. Close to a snorkel beach and also a place to see the sunset. There were lots of beach toys for use, including chairs, snorkel equipment and boogie boards. Even water shoes for walking on the lava to enter the ocean. Kitchen was adequate for my needs (hot plate, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. ) When I inadvertantly tripped a breaker by using the microwave and hot plate at the same time it was fixed quickly.
Internet was fine.
There is some road noise from Ali’i drive and I could hear what I guess was the tv from the upstairs unit, but it wasn’t enough to bother my sleep in the comfy bed.
I’d return.
Very easy place to find. Quiet neighborhood close to two nice beaches within walking distance. Accommodation was clean with enough parking. There’s also some ocean toys on-site to borrow. Coolers, boogie boards, snorkels…
Cozy was perfect proximity to the beach and where we wanted to be while giving us a quiet getaway!
Property is super cute and well stocked. Loved the sharing table and thoughtful amenities offered by host. Only negatives were thin walls and noisy traffic. Overall pleasant stay, thank you so much, Isaac!
Very nice property. The rooms are large and very clean. Property is only about 500 feet from the beach and you can listen to the ocean day and night.
