Great location with water views and surf break just off the property. No air conditioning but not an issue as there was excellent airflow with windows open.
We came out here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. It was the perfect spot for us! The heated pool was so nice after a day at the beach, incredible view of the water, easy access to restaurants near by and beaches, and friendly staff as well as other people staying here. I would definitely recommend this place.
It's like someone upgraded their home and sent all their old stuff to the condo. It's tired, outdated, everything felt sticky and there isn't any air conditioning, just fans.
That couch may look comfortable in the photos but in real life you have to roll over and climb out of it on your hands and knees.
The kitchen has just enough mismatched stuff to put together a simple meal. Bring your own spices - what's there is stuck together. The toaster hardly works and just has a metal stick to push down but there are enough parts for 3 or 4 blenders. The dishwasher works but you have to go buy your own soap for it. There's a liquor store in Kahana that sells singles.
The downstairs bathroom is truly small. The shower is barely large enough for a small child. That is not a bench as advertised - it's enough room to put your shampoo and conditioner which you'll need since there isn't enough room to bend over in there. We fixed the shower doors while we were there so they open and close properly now. You'll get your squats in trying to sit on the toddler size potties that are so close to the ground. The upstairs bathroom is much more functional if you brave the stairs with the weird slippery carpet.
The master bed was hard as a rock and the twin beds upstairs were springy.
The smoke alarm went off at 5am one morning and would not reset. We had to disable it. We messaged through the VRBO app but got NO response. Contact with Vacasa is dismal. They send you the code to get in from one number and a survey to see how clean the place is from another number but leave you nothing to get in touch with them if there is a problem. You're on your own! And beware - the only thing they do tell you is to be quiet because the year round residents will not hesitate to call the cops!
The grounds are well maintained and the pool usually had enough chairs. The laundry room was clean and accessible. There is plenty of parking and the area seemed safe enough. There is no safe water access from this property.
We've stayed in much nicer places with beach access for much less. This is what we get for booking too late in the season
But there are TURTLES!! Just off the property along the rocky shore path to the north is a tiny beach area in front of someone's private residence that the turtles come to bask in the sun and it was amazing! More than 20 turtles can cozy up onto that beach. You can sit on the rock wall and watch them come in and go out from a safe turtle distance.
The view from the balcony was perfect. The place was much larger than expected and very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool was quite nice. All in all, an excellent place to stay.
Loved this complex in between Kaanapali and Napoli. Grounds are beautiful, turtle stop close by and pool/bbqs/laundry are all nice. Condo is very comfortable and has what you need.
Great balcony and place. Only downside was coming back to people spraying for ants while we were out
Hard to beat this spot on the water! Grounds are lovely, pool is nice. The unit itself was clean and fine, just maybe a little tired.
The apartment was super nice, well
equipped and in a great location. We will surely book this one again when we come back to Maui.

We loved staying here. The location is perfect. You can walk to coffee and are a short drive to many great restaurants and a couple grocery stores. The sunsets are the best in Maui and every day you can take a 1 min walk to see the turtles resting on the beach in front of the condos.
