Beautiful, well kept property. Nicely located in between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Everything we needed was included or nearby. We will be back!
The good: well-maintained property, heated swimming pool, ample gas grills, extremely well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, and knives of course, but even some stuff like muffin tins and a steamer tray), a wonderful view of the ocean, and a peaceful, high-class vibe.
The not so great: very early morning (6:30am) trucks beeping in the parking lot and zooming down the road. The beach is beautiful but too rocky for most swimmers to feel confident jumping in (you can walk up or down a quarter mile to get some sandy beaches that are more swimmer-friendly). In-unit WiFi is unusably slow to the point of uselessness
Overall, highly recommended! I've come back to this property more than once and will come back again.
Incredible views and perfect location for going wherever your island adventures take you. The mattresses aren’t the best and the wi-fi is virtually non-existent. There’s also no AC and it gets quite hot and takes a long time to cool down in the evening even with the windows open to catch the trade winds. But, the view cannot be beat and we literally ate breakfast every morning and watched the whales. And just steps from the pool were turtles sunning themselves every day! Also, the pool is heated (wonderful to soak in every evening) and the grounds are meticulously kept. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Mahalo for a beautiful stay!
While we were expecting a basic property we didn't expect it to lack basic items.
There were missing cleaning supplies like dishwashing soap. When we arrived, the dishes were all dirty as a results with no way to wash them.
There are no beach towels despite this being a beach property. Never had this issue in all the years I have stayed on the Hawaiian islands. We had to go buy them.
Property is very loud. Paper thin walls. You can hear neighbors sneeze and cars driving down the street.
Checkout is unusually early, 10am. Most places are 11 or 12.
This property is managed by Vacasa which has the worst customers support on the planet. Contacting them is just a waste of time.
What a perfect vacation home base! The listing was exactly as described. Upon arrival the condo was clean and welcoming with even a welcome bag of Maui items. Kitchen is fully stocked with all kitchen cooking necessities that you could possibly need. Perhaps the biggest surprise was the excellent snorkeling right off of the condo property — some of the best in our time on Maui. Would highly recommend and will look to this property for future Maui stays!
This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as lovely as the first. When we arrived we were welcomed with a fun goodie bag with some nice Hawaiian snacks. The TV was on and playing soothing Hawaiian music. It was such a nice surprise to walk into. One of my favorite things about this unit is it has a perfect view from the lanai of the ocean and Molokai. We loved eating breakfast outside every morning just enjoying that view. The other features inside the unit work well for our family. Having a private bedroom and two separate bathrooms to get ready really helped us out a lot. There was plenty of space to keep our things and stay organized during our trip. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to be set up for a good stay. This time around we purchased more food to eat in and were able to make any meal necessary. This included macadamia nut pancakes for breakfast and steak and burgers for dinner. If you’re wanting to eat out, then the location is optimal for that with it being only a 15 minute commute to downtown Lahaina and just a 5 minute drive to the closet places at the Kahana Gateway. The on-site management team was great as well, always available to answer questions and help with small needs. My son likes to draw and they happily offered a pencil for him to use. The grounds are well kept and beautiful just to walk around and enjoy. We liked being able to walk along the water to visit the beautiful green sea turtles that rest during the day. All in all, this was a wonderful and peaceful vacation. We are so thankful to have chose this location and specifically this unit because it exceeded our expectations and really helped us to have a wonderful visit.
Great place! Well stocked with beach stuff (coolers, chairs, beach mats, towels, etc.) Location was great, walkable to a beach for snorkeling and another little cove where lots of turtles come up on the sand. Provided some welcome coffee and chocolate, which was really nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, and would def stay again.

Great location, beautiful grounds, very clean, decently spacious. No A/C but cools off pretty well at night, has plenty of ceiling fans and floor fans. Could use a new mattress in the master bedroom otherwise no worries about staying here again
We spent ten days here and had the best time! Our flight was late getting in, but check-in was super quick and easy. The condo was lovely, clean, comfortable and well equipped, and the view from the balcony was spectacular! It’s just a very short walk to the shoreline where we saw Green Sea Turtles 🐢 every day we were there! Not much farther to walk to a beach where you can swim and snorkel, and many other beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. We didn’t utilize the pool, but there is a nice one available on site as well as laundry facilities that are convenient and easy to use. The area was nice and quiet but not far from places to shop and eat. If we return to Maui we would absolutely stay here again!!!
