We thought we were getting a pretty old unit from the pictures, but were pleasantly surprised that it was newly painted with new landscaping. It’s the end of July 2025 and there’s no need for AC. Great breeze and every unit has an ocean view. The bathrooms could use a good shower head (they get pretty clogged in the islands), maybe a hand held shower would be a better option, and change it more often. Great ice maker in the freezer. Main thing the bathroom shower works well and the beds are comfortable. Would stay here again.
This is a beautiful property and is conveniently located with an ocean view and within a few miles of excellent snorkeling, food and more. If you are looking for a quiet simple getaway this is it.
This upstairs unit has a wonderful ocean view and is equipped with so many amenities. Close to the pool and the laundry facilities are great to have on site. Beds are very comfortable and we love hearing the ocean breeze at night! We will be back.
The view from the room and property was amazing. Sitting right on the waters edge and short walk down to a beach. Had access to ocean straight from property where you could stand on rocks and watch the sea turtles. We even caught a glimpse of some whales passing by while grilling in the well maintained gas grills. Kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings while we cooked at grill and watched beautiful sunsets. Our room had enough beds for all 3 children to have their own 2 in the loft and a softer sleeper. No a/c but was not needed as the fans supplied kept us comfortable in early December. We felt comfortable and at home during our wonderful stay. Would gladly stay here again in the future!
Fantastic property, had everything we needed & the views from porch were amazing!!! We loved dining on the porch, the sea turtles at the beach and the quiet area of town. The pool was fantastic and the grounds for beautifully kept! Praying this wonderful property hasn’t been hurt in the recent fires??? Would love an update/we are hoping to come back soon!!
Mahina Surf was great. Beautiful outdoor property with a great pool, turtles on the beach each evening, and a great grilling setup. Our individual unit was not the most comfortable as it had been treated for a cockroach infestation a week prior to our arrival and the kitchen area was still very much infested. We woke up to our dishwasher being filled with roaches, them being in our sink and in the kitchen drawers.
Mahina Surf was very communicative and helped look for alternatives for us to stay but we weren't able to find another location on the holiday week that met our needs.
Would definitely stay again, but 213 needs some attention on the pest front
Excelente lugar para vacacionar, muy limpio y muy céntrico. Lo único que en el segundo piso no es suficiente un ventilador. Hace falta aire acondicionado. Pero muy recomendable…
We loved the location. The place had everything we needed. Turtles 🐢 to look at and u can see whales 🐋 off your balcony.
Loved this apartment, plenty of room, convenient and great pool. Would have liked some basics like a hair dryer , oil to cook that sort of thing but not a deal breaker. Bed was soooo comfortable!!
This was a fantastic place to stay. You can watch the sun set over the ocean right from your balcony. There is a path down the beach where the sea turtles sleep at night, and there is even a pool. Fantastic!
