THE LOCATION IS GREAT, DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN IN WHICH THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE. THE MANAGING STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND FREINDLY. WE FOUND OUR NEW PLACE TO STAY FROM NOW ON.
Loved the clean rooms, all the kitchen dishes and utensils, the beach chairs and snorkel ware for families.
As always, loved the view. Nice easy access to pool, ocean and parking lot. Pool area always very clean and kept up nicely.

This is my third stay at this property. The unit was outdated and in need of just basic paint which would have made it feel cleaner. My last day I dropped something that rolled under the bed and it was filthy. I’m so glad that was not my first night stay. The first twos says we had to deal with kids screaming after 11pm first two nights. Talked with manager and was told on the second day that they were leaving in another day so we just had to listen to it??? Kitchen sink had an unknown smell so we didn’t cook at all of which I do to offset the cost. I’ve never had to launder my towels there before but now we did because there is a fee for fresh ones. What a huge disappointment after waiting all this time with the Covid situation. Not sure if Vasasa was the real issue but seems like it was. On top of it all I was made to pay an additional 1k to rebook due to a medical emergency and we had to reschedule from July to October. Not staying at a Vacasa property and telling others to stay away
The arrangements of the rooms were strategically insightful. The outdated decor gave the room a capsule in time feel, however did also give it a stay at grandmas feel.
Let me first say the view is stunning. However, the property is pretty outdated and didn’t feel very clean.
The unit is well located and is a great place to relax. It could use some updates though. Better WiFi, kitchen appliances and utensils, etc.
